An average person consumes at least 30k in a month just to survive. A family of 5 children and parents is 7 people. 7 *30= 210k. A greater % of Nigerians don't make that much in a month. The ones who do have to spend it all just to feed well and so can't help anyone else.

Let's even use 20k per person. For "just 5 kids"
20*7=140k


This is exempting family members and relatives.

Also less child-birth induces appreciation of and value for human live in a society. E.g value for human life in the north and in the South or in Africa vs western world
