The South West would be crucial to Atiku's Victory. My advise is for him to pick a proposed SGF from the South-West now and not wait till after election. If it doesn't break campaign rules, the picture of the proposed SGF should be included in the campaign posters/bill boards of Atiku/Obi situated particularly in the South West.

He needs to create a mental equivalence of the VP and SGF in the heart of every Yoruba man alive. There's a real risk for the South West in this election. If Buhari loses the SW and by extension the election, it would severely reduce the electoral value of the South West which would encourage other candidates to look elsewhere for alliances since the Osinbanjo presence couldn't win the Zone over for Buhari.

The South West is truly playing to the tune of advanced democracy where votes are issue based, but the zone is advised not to throw caution to the wind especially In a country where the other five zones are going to put ethnicity as a core motivation for voting.
