Transparency and integrity seems to be the watchwords for this new FBNH management. In my little opinion, FBNH will only stabilise their profit this 2017 since they will not have heavy impairments to clean up like in 2016. By 2018, no one will believe the profit/value appreciation for shareholders (Reason: continuous increase in heavy gross earnings with huge constant decrease in operational cost and loan impairments). Lets not project that of 2019. I humbly advise patience and support for the new management as they are almost completing the hard task set by the board.
Please, this is simply my little personal opinion/understanding

Bro, I said key takeaways. And I mentioned "surge in PAT and EPS" going forward. That has factored in the 2 out of big 3 loans that are expected to be restructured this year.

I wanted my report to be free of personal opinion coloration. But if you want my personal opinion, my portfolio is now over 90% in FBNH and I plan to hold because no one knows the date and time the flight will begin. I also have confidence in the management and what they are doing.

I still advice JIJO, short-termers and speculators to stay away. Its a long-term risky play.

Thanks. I was there but I went about 1 hour late. Shareholders were already asking questions when I got to the hall.

Key takeaways:-

1. There will likely be big provisions for NPL again this year but not as high as in 2016.

2. Overall, we are expecting a surge in PAT and EPS from this year going forward.

3. FBN is taking a lead in transaction income (Non-Interest Income) due to its leadership in e-channels' market.

4. From what I gathered, (I came in late) I think NPL ratio is currently above regulatory level to pay dividends. FBNH allowed FBN Bank to retain all its earnings.

I don't expect a higher than normal dividend in FBNH.

They did not serve us item 7 oo, only colder than normal AC and a bottle of Ragolis water at the point of exit.

Do your due diligence. JIJO, short-termers and speculators, buying FBNH is at your own risk.

bros do u know dat some of these NPL will start peforming by Q3,also i like d courage of this management as dey came up with all these impairment issues,dey opened up to their shareholders....many banks hav alot of NPL and are hidding it from d public in order 2 be declaring large PAT.I was at FBNH agm,one man enlighten us on how banks will presents fake cheques to auditors on 31st of every quarter ,as u know auditors work with what dey are prsented with,after d auditors are done den on d 1st of a new quarter those cheques will b classified as bounced cheque...dey keep rolling this over and over.Rem what eva report a bank presents is what we bilieve,even d auditors cant discover most of these things.We hav to respect this FBNH new management for opening up to sharehilders,dey culd hav decided to concil these informations and go ahead to be paying big dividends but no, dey decided to take d bull by d horn..i promise u these impairments will not cont. 4 eva ,which im ready to wait .PLS DIS IS MY PERSONAL OPINION.
