After being a victim of phone theft so many times I decided to put an application that sends a messge to a friends phone anytime a sim is changed, my phone got stolen again and a sim was changed, I called the number but the theif was unrepentant this was the number, 08053271847. Idiot.

if they have offices in the states why not but i doubt, i think its only in abuja (i stand corrected) i think the state offices are state civil service commision not federal,maybe any time you come to abuja, i think they collect two copies of all documents,cv and passports.
