Hi
Firstly it is rare for your symptoms to be due to your “recent” sexual exposure. You didn’t tell us if you have previous risky sexual behaviours. If you do then it could well be that you have suffered a complication from immunosuppression eg CNS toxoplasma etc. I think you will benefit from a holistic medical review.
I've had no sexual risk prior to the one stated above... Thanks anyways

First of all let me start by apologizing for bothering anyone out there with this post, but the truth is I really need good suggestions. So please,I beg you all to help me out on this.
This started sometime last year (I think April). I had this ugly sexual experience with someone. Ugly in the sense that I started feeling sick after about a day or two. I developed symptoms of viral infection (flu, headache, body pains, etc.) coupled with mild burning sensation in my genital while urinating.
I decided to seek for help amongst my friends and was told to visit a hospital for lab tests to be carried out which I heeded to. To my surprise the doctor that attended to me waved away the idea of having a HIV test because 'the symptoms are not peculiar to HIV'. So I took the urinalysis test which she suggested. When the result came out I was diagnosed of gonorrhea and was given some prescriptions.
Fast forward, few weeks later the burning sensation and attendant scratching (lol) seized and I went back for retest which confirmed it has been cured.
All through this period I was experiencing some malaria-like symptoms (though I kept using over the counter malaria drugs). At a point I visited another hospital for a another lab test. This time I insisted on testing for Hepatitis A&B together with HIV test. The tests all came out negative, though I was advised to wait for a period of three months and get tested again for HIV. But along the line my health improved and I forgot about redoing the test.
Fast forward again, two months ago I started falling sick constantly and kept using over the counter malaria and typhoid drugs which rarely had any effect. Then, last month I started having some strange symptoms, which included chest squeezing and trouble breathing at times, panic attacks and serious burning sensations in my head- which makes me really uncomfortable, disoriented and confused most of the time.
So again I visited a laboratory centre and conducted tests for HIV, Hepatitis C, typhoid and malaria. In all I was told I had hepatitis C and prescriptions for treatment was given to me. I visited a pharmacist the next day and was billed for treatment.
The most confusing thing for me right now is the fact that the pharmacist concluded the treatments yesterday but I'm not yet fine as the burning sensation in my head started yet again last night to even this very moment. I feel like I'm losing it.
Please what should I do next
I'm sorry for the long story.........

Just like it is with women.
If these policemen want to go, the IGP should let them go. "Never beg who doesn't want to be with you to be with you."

Agbamuche learnt the hard way that when a woman tells you that she is fed up; you should neither try to beg, coerce, blackmail or cajole her to stay back when he found out that the pastor whom he begged to counsel her on the importance and sanctity of marriage was the father of their 3rd child.

The IGP should not be scared.
The truth is that; even if all these policemen choose to retire today, there are many of us who are willing to pick up their batons and guns and replace them at those checkpoints collecting every 50 naira bribe with the truest diligence.
NwaAmaikpe is that you? Welcome back!!!

Crime / Man Who Hacked Polaris Bank's Database Jailed For $70,000 Scam by prinxwizard(m): 3:52am On Oct 08, 2020
A Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, has convicted and sentenced Eric Nnamdi Obulo to one year imprisonment, for hacking the data base of Polaris Bank and defrauded the bank to the tune of $70, 000.00 (Seventy Thousand United States Dollars).
He was convicted on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, after being re-arraigned by the Port Harcourt Zonal Office of the Economic And Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on one- count charge bordering on unlawful interception by technical means, into Polaris Bank's data base and in the process, took possession of the sum of $70,000.00( Seventy Thousand United States Dollars).
The one-count charge read: "That you Eric Nnamdi Obulo, on or about July, 2019 in Port Harcourt, Rivers state, within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court did intercept by technical means the data base of Polaris Bank and in the process took possession of the sum of Seventy Thousand Dollars {$70, 000.00} into your Polaris Bank Account no. 2130049253 and thereby committed an Offense contrary to Section 12 (1) of the Cybercrime (Prohibition Prevention etc.) Act 2015 and punishable under the same section of the Act".
He pleaded guilty to the charge, when it was read to him.
In view of his plea, prosecuting counsel, K. W Chukwuma-Eneh prayed the court to convict and sentence him accordingly, but defence counsel, D.E. Nowo, pleaded for leniency in view of the convict's " remorse and being a first- time offender who did not waste the precious time of the court"
Justice Sani consequently convicted and sentenced Eric Nnamdi Obulo to one year imprisonment with an option of fine of N5, 000, 000.00( Five Million Naira only).
Obulo ran into trouble when Polaris Bank filed a petition against him, with the Port Harcourt Zonal Office of the EFCC on October 14, 2019. The petitioner stated that, sometime in October, 2019, the bank's database and core banking applications were manipulated by unknown fraudsters, resulting in the crediting of six accounts belonging to the convict with a total sum of Seventy Thousand United States Dollars.

Crime / Adeherself: EFCC Present First Witness As She Pleads Not Guilty by prinxwizard(m): 3:28am On Oct 08, 2020
Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Wednesday, October 7, 2020, presented its first prosecution witness, PW1, Samuel Orie, a Compliance Officer with Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, against a self-acclaimed social media influencer, Rukayat Adedamola Adewale, aka Adeherself, who was re-arraigned today for alleged internet fraud before Justice Sherifat Solebo of the Lagos State High Court sitting in Ikeja.

Adewale, 20, is being prosecuted on a three-count charge bordering on conspiracy to obtain by false pretence, attempt to obtain by false pretence and retention of proceeds of a criminal conduct.

One of the counts reads: “That you, Adewale Adedamola Rukayat, Lasisi Wasiu Adeleke, ( still at large) Sodiq Adeleke( still at large), between the 17th day of April, 2020 and 24th May, 2020 at Lagos , within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court, with intent to defraud, attempted to obtain the sum of $6,000( Six Thousand Dollars) from Joseph Rumoro on the representation that the sum is meant for procurement of passport, visa and tax, which representation you knew to be false.”

Another charge reads: “That you, Adewale Adedamola Rukayat, between 29th day of April, 2020 and 30th day of April, 2020, in Lagos, within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court, retained the control of the aggregate sum of N7, 876.000( Seven Million, Eight Hundred and Seventy- six Thousand Naira) in your Guaranty Trust Bank account number 0240818624, which you knew to be proceeds of various internet and cybercrimes.”
She pleaded not guilty to the charge when it was read to her.
In view of her plea, the prosecution sought to present his first witness, Orie, against the defendant.
Led in evidence by the prosecution counsel, S.O. Daji, the witness told the court that the bank received a letter from the Commission, asking for the statement of account as well as the account opening package of the defendant, which it sent to the Commission.

Consequently, the prosecution counsel sought to tender the documents, which were admitted in evidence by the court.

The case was adjourned to October 26, 2020 for continuation of trial.
