Emval Nigeria Limited was incorporated as a business organization in June 1983 in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Beginning with wellhead maintenance in 1985, we were in charge of the Well Services maintenance workshop of Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited(SPDC), Western Division. Prior to this time, Emval had been involved in the provision of Water Utility and Borehole Drilling services. Over the past years since then, Emval has continued to strengthen its capabilities in the provision of Wellhead Services, and has extended its operations to include Slickline Services, Electric Wireline Services, Well Completions, Pumping and Stimulation Services, Tubing Conveyed Perforating Services and Marine Services.

Emval’s employees bring a disciplined, strategic approach to its services, and strive for continuous improvement in compliance and performance of its services. Mr. Valentine Obi is a visionary entrepreneur and the Founder / CEO of the Company. He is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School and holds an MBA from Instituto de Empressa, Spain. In April 6, 2003, he became the first African to receive the coveted Computerworld Honors Gold Medal of Achievement in San Francisco, USA, for innovative and visionary use of information technology to produce and promote positive, social, economic and educational change. He has vast experience in Information Technology and he is the lead developer and designer of the award winning (2003 Computerworld Honors award) e-business platform of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE). QSPACE is a queer architectural research organization currently based at the GSAPP Incubator within NEW INC.

Our sibling organization QSAPP, is based at the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation (GSAPP).

QSPACE IS:

QSPACE is a platform for research projects by students and professionals working on queerness in the built environment.

As architects, we believe that design can and should play an active role in responding to social change and as QSPACE, we hope to offer the tools with which to create it.

QSPACE was founded in 2016 by Lauren Johnson and Ryan Day shortly after graduation from the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation (GSAPP).

QSPACE DOES:

QSPACE pushes for organized action through exhibitions, publications, digital archiving, and design guidelines.

QSPACE makes questions of gender and sexuality visible to a field that has traditionally subverted such questions. In the absence of a centralized voice, QSPACE is a hub for students, professionals, and academics to connect and collaborate.

QSPACE produces research and outputs on topics such as gender inclusive bathroom design, LGBTQ homelessness and housing, and queer histories in architecture.

He was also the CEO to an online gaming membership company that was built and sold over 3 years. He founded and led, as CEO, Centrro, a financial services company. He completed a buyout of an automotive marketing services company from Fortune 500 Company. All these hotel is better and hostel is better can not give you the right answer. There are many things that are lacking in Awka one can invest in. The number of hostels in Ifite is very alarming,same goes to hotel.Unless you have only two options.

Please this is for serious minded people especially gentlemen and ladies of investment and business sections. A friend recently built a hotel in Awka, Anambra State and he's advising me to follow suit but I'm sceptical about hotel business so I'm considering two options.

One is to build some blocks of University hostel in a city with high concentration of undergraduates like Awka and Enugu since I already have acquired a reasonable number of lands in Awka, Asaba and recently Enugu.

The other option is since this is about having something at home, I can fix a reasonable deposit in a bank like first Bank or UBA which will be accruing interest every three months. I'm scared of going into business because of past experiences and besides that, I'm not good in business. All I have been doing is buying lands and keeping the rest of my money in bank, please I need some help.
