gabbytabby:Hahahaha, that powerful proverb really describe the current situation in Nigeria ![]() |
Jd10k:You're a bigot, albeit an unintelligent one. The person you quoted didn't mention any tribe, he only mentioned some of the criminals giving Nigeria bad name abroad but you interpreted it that he mentioned Yoruba. You Tinubu supporters are something else. How can a so-called government be dishing out fake news and propaganda 24/7 but when honest people expose it, you guys will start blackmailing them that they hate hearing good news about Nigeria. Thank God for Obidients, we will continue exposing your lies immediately you guys release it ![]() |
BentizilL:Where is Buhari today? Who still remembers him just few months after leaving office? Tinubu will even have it worse! As for Peter Obi, he is the Mahatma Ghandi of Africa. One of the most respected politicians to ever emerge from Africa! |
OAFMods:So pathetic! May God help you and others like you. |
yarimo:No, on the contrary, it's only dumb Tinubu supporters that can't observe how useless he is to both Nigeria and the world at large. Everything I said in that post are all irrefutable facts! Even if Nigeria presents a monkey as president, other world leaders will still shake the monkey's hand, snap pictures with it and smile at it. That's normal diplomatic relations/protocol but that's where it ends, they will never respect the monkey ![]() |
Are these guys judges or advocates defending Tinubu's case. These clowns have ridiculed Nigeria's judiciary. |
kettykin:Honestly, he is rejected both within and outside Nigeria. Sometimes, I don't even know whether to feel disgusted at him or to feel pity considering how ridiculous everything has become. Either way, I don't see him lasting on that seat. SMH. |
Abifarin16:Go to Quora and see how it is professionally run. All these primitive acts driven by sentiments won't help anyone. That's why this forum has remained stagnated. |
Odumi:Anambra is on the right track. Building a city state that will house clusters for all manner of industries. I hope Emzor pharmaceutical company, Niemeth and others will relocate and make this place their hub. |
proeast:Any post they percieve is against Tinubu, they will hurriedly close it. But anyone against Peter Obi, they allow it. Is that how to run a public forum? |
Who else has observed that Tinubu is only tolerated but never respected both within and outside Nigeria except among his people? Nigeria has never had a president who completely lacks legitimacy and respect until now. I have seen videos and pictures of Obasanjo looking world leaders in the eyes and addressing them with confidence, both as military and civilian president, same with other past leaders too. I have seen Paul Kagame of small Rwanda as well as the presidents of South Africa, Egypt, Kenya, Ghana and several other charismatic African leaders addressing world leaders with confidence and also earning respect for themselves and their respective countries. However, I have never seen Tinubu in the forefront whenever world leaders are gathered talk less of seeing him mount the podium to address them. Tinubu went to France but the only thing he achieved was being able to snap pictures with Macron! Other African presidents mounted the podium to address African/global issues but Nigeria was relegated because we don't have a sound president. Same thing just happened in India! You only see Tinubu when it's time for pictures, shaking of hands or any other "thanks for coming" activities ![]() Unfortunately, his ignorant followers will see such passive pictures and start celebrating it. The obvious reality is that the world knows everything about Tinubu. Decent people abhor characters like him. But due to diplomatic relations, international protocol or standing bilateral agreements they have with Nigeria, they manage to tolerate him regardless. His ignorant followers don't know anything about international relations otherwise they will know that even if Nigeria presents a monkey as our president, world leaders are also expected to tolerate such monkey among committee of nations. They will snap pictures with the monkey, shake hands with it and even smile at it, but that's where it ends. They will never respect the monkey! The only task the Western imperialists gave Tinubu was to help restore their puppet, former president Bazoum to power, by all means necessary. But he has failed miserably in it. The military rulers called his bluff and till today, Tinubu couldn't do anything after all the noise. Once they realize he is completely useless to everyone, including them, they would further ignore him. When you crown a clown king, he doesn't actually become a king, rather you end up turning the palace into a circus show~~Proverb |
Peterobiisathie:They would not close this nonsense. But below is the thread I created and they hurriedly closed it!!!! plaindealer:Hahaha, even by just standing alone, Peter Obi looks more presidential than your hagard looking old druggie ![]() Show me just one picture where your balablu criminal was addressing any audience of world leaders?! He went to France to snap pictures and return to obscurity. He has done the same in India. When you crown a clown king, he doesn't actually become a king but rather the palace becomes a circus Can't you see this old wise saying holds through with the drug lord today ![]() |
plaindealer:Hungry slum dweller from the sadwaste. Even Igbo villages are far better than the slums you call cities. You will continue to cry blood after seeing your drug lord rejected in India ![]() The only reason they allow the old druggie to enter despite being such a filthy character is because of existing bilateral engagements, diplomatic relations or protocol. That's why he is tolerated and never celebrated like other decent people ![]() No one wanted to identify with the drug lord but everyone were excited to snap with Okonjo Iweala, levels!!! |
During the time of Obasanjo, Nigeria had enormous respect globally. But today, we are ignored as if Nigeria is another Sao Tome and Principe. African leaders that are respected are the likes SA, Egypt, Kenya, Rwanda, Ghana etc and the reason is clear, you can't bring a drug lord and expect him to be accorded respect. The only reason the drug lord is even allowed to attend those global forums is basically due to standing diplomatic relations and protocol, otherwise they will bounce the old druggie. |
plaindealer:Shouldn't you be ashamed of your drug lord? Look at the group picture you posted and tell me if you can find the drug lord among the world leaders that surrendered Indian prime minister on both sides ![]() The joke is on you, the drug lord stands rejected ![]() |
gabbytabby:The problem you guys from that side suffer from is chronic inferiority complex and envy. How can you say that the first woman and also the first African and also the Black person to head WTO is overrated? No be ment be that ![]() Before WTO, she was already globally famous and after WTO, she will remain so! Can you mention any corruption case against Okonjo Iweala during Goodluck time or any time ever? Stop hating on a great woman, even the drug lord was so excited to snap pictures with her just to gain some validation ![]() |
gabbytabby:Ngozi is Igbo from Delta and married to another Igbo from Abia. She is absolutely proud of her Igbo heritage! Ngozi is never in same team with the drug lord, I repeat never. They're not in the same class and can never be! She is respected globally while your drug lord is tolerated due to diplomatic protocol. |
complexstuffs:You really must be referring to your mother. Ngozi Okonjo Iweala is Africa's most respected woman. Even Biden was glad to snap pictures with her in India while everyone abandoned your criminal drug lord ![]() |
As for using supreme Court to ambush the drug lord, I don't see that happening. This man is very street smart. His days in Chicago peddling drugs made him ruthless and aggressive in having his way. He rewards loyalists with bounties and goes all out in trying to crush opposition. Only a few months gone, yet almost everyone is falling over themselves trying to impress him, even those in the opposition! Only the military can get rid of such people otherwise, its full state capture loading. |
Bigkoko:I agree with most of what you said except Buhari being a hero of 2023 election. Buhari is naturally dumb, mentally weak, never proactive, never dedicated and very irresponsible. An olodo of the first order! El Rufai, Ganduje and even Tinubu succeeded simply because Buhari is plain stupid. |
Occurstaem:I just came across this circular distributed by INEC. Did this sound to you like people who weren't focused on free and fair election before they were threatened and they cowardly gave up? Look, if they were out to rig from beginning, they wouldn't have done all these that actually set them up. The only reason they will get away with it is because Nigeria is a crime scene. Otherwise, they would all end up in jail because they roped themselves in with all these. Use your common sense!
|
Armon:Be more realistic. You can't possibly be talking about dualizing rural roads that are scantily used when there are many urban roads that are heavily used yet not dualized. Though, I understand the aspect of avoiding future demolitions, especially considering that Anambra is projected to become a city state in the near future. I think where the state government should focus is to strictly map out roads that would be dualized in the future. Gazzete it, and equally mark it out physically so that developers will be aware and avoid building in such right of way. |
Poor education is the bane of many Nigerians. Using corruption to enrich a few men doesn't men anything in the long run. I will rather live in a country which a large middle class and few extremely wealthy individuals than in a country with a couple of wealthy individuals, no middle class and over 90% in multi-dimensional poverty. Dangote and BUA are from NW yet the region is the poorest in Nigeria. They can't even invest there because of potentially low patronage, due to lack of considerable middle class. A country with large middle class will have quality of life than a country with extreme poor majority and a couple of rich men. In my village, there are banks, hotels, big supermarkets, big pharmacies and good schools, good hospitals etc. All within the community or neighborhood. However, you can go to some states in the North and parts of SW and you will see entire local governments lacking all these! Firstly, because they don't have enough middle class to establish them and also make them viable through patronage. Thus, at the end, the people live very low quality of lives. Typical example of where life is nasty, brutish and short. That's also why terrorism can never be defeated in such economic wastelands because they have endless pool of uneducated, hungry and desperate youths to recruit. Pick any random village or city in say Anambra, Imo or Abia then compare them with their counterparts from Oyo, Osun or Ondo, or Kano, Sokoto or Katsina. Villages in these places unlike those in the East are like dead zones. Let's stop fooling ourselves in this country and reason objectively, there are certainly more wealthy men in India, Mexico and Russia than say Sweden, Norway and Canada but can you compare the quality of life or level of development in those category of countries? |
Jostoman:You obviously don't have sense, that's why sensible things don't make sense to you. When the kleptocratic politicians are jubilating because they've secured the bag, hungry riffrafs like you will be clapping for them. The joke is on you! |
