TV/MoviesMust Watch!!! Official Trailer Of Kunle Afolayan's New Film "The CEO" by prof800(op):
Kunle Afolayan has released the trailer for his latest movie "The CEO".

The film has been in the cooking for several months and Kunle Afolyan refers to the movie as an "African United film".

SYNOPSIS
Set mainly on a beautiful beach resort on the
outskirt of Lagos in Nigeria, "The CEO" is a mystery
trailer surrounding five top executives from across
Africa who are dispatches on a one-week leadership
retreat by a multinational telecommunication firm to
determine who one to appoint as the firm's new
CEO. Things go all awry when one-by-one the
executives are eliminated in sudden death
circumstances, and the finger falls on the last two
remaining executives as prime suspects.

CAST AND CREW
Angelique Kidjo stars in The CEO alongside Nigerian-born U.K.-based actor, Wale Ojo, Haitian actor, Jimmy Jean-Louis, Fatym Layache, Nico Ranagio, Kemi Lala
Akindoju and Hilda Dokubo.
As expected, Kunle worked with a familiar crew, including AMA Award winning sriptwriter Tunde Babalola, veteran production designer Pat Nebo, the award winning cinematographer Yinka Edwards and adept production manager Bose Oshin.

All fingers crossed for this one.

Watched Road to Yesterday last week, I read many complaints about the numerous 'can we talk', but surprisingly I liked it ohh! It sounded like they were giving spoken words(poem)! Every 'Can we talk' starts a new stanza. I liked their discussions, it was very nice!
The sound ... I almost started dancing when that Kas beat song started playing grin the thing enter well.
I liked that Club scene were the 4 ladies went partying, it's the best I've seen in Nollywood.

Was it not last year Invasion 1897 came out? whats your opinion on the film?
I think it is a form of creative writing. "can we talk"...

Invasion 1897 was aired on AfricaMagic today. So boring. Dialogue pattern ruined the beautiful picture. Acting was sub-par. The "EPIC" feel was lost along the line. A lot of effort and resources was put in the work so a lot was expected. sad

Ebele isi. Hapu ndi egbuwara ishi.

This Ngwa people have come again. Alex Otti is an Abia man PERIOD.!
He is an Ngwa man by virtue of chieftancy so..?
Is Uche Sampson Ogah originally from Abia? Didn't he naturalize?
Can't an Arochukwu man rule Abia state?

These people are not even unified in their so called autonomous villages. Some Ngwa people will say Osisioma Ngwa is not true Ngwa, imagine.
So much selfishness and disuntiy. What has Ikpeazu done since his swearing-in besides self enrichment. Did he even win the primaries? We all know who did and why PDP beg him to step aside.
mtchewww ebele isi.

It is time for Abians and Ngwas to taste a bit of what the Anambrans and Nnewis have been enjoying under APGA-led government.
But I think Ikpeazu is still heading to the supreme court though.

The bush dog was caught in the trap this morning, this is the second time I am seeing it,the first was during my NYSC days
The animal you killed is called a "Civet" and not a bush dog.
It is more of a cat than a dog.
I have killed a bush dog (for aggressive trespassing) once, but will never kill a civet.

see what a Bush dog looks like:

Feraz:
Very correct sir! grin

I followed the lunar eclipse when it started at about 1am, peaked at about 3:47am (the blood moon) and ended at about 5am.
That same 1am, I was outside staring at the cloudy sky like an ancient occultist grin and waiting for something to show, until my neighbour then came out and asked if I was performing rituals. hehehe.. grin grin
grin

If you can follow the lunar eclipse that way, then I'm sure that by now, you would already have your binoculars or even telescope preparing for Comet Catalina. wink
Sharp guy! grin
