- The Christian families that died on Christmas Day Suleja bombing, which of the gods did they blaspheme?
- The CAN pastor that was killed in the hand 8year old ISIS group, or is it she... that got pregnant for boko Haram commander offended god too?

- Dr Stella Ameyo Adadevoh, the heroic doctor that helped the whole nation during the Ebola tragedy and died in the process. She was a Christian. What happened?

- The thousands of Christians whose throats were slit by Islamic warlords, or the Jos, Borno bomb killing what was their offence against god?

Asides the fact that there are God knows how many incidences of people dying horrible deaths while worshipping God, people perished while worshipping God at T. B Joshua's church. People who believe in God have died even more horrible deaths than the ones listed! If dying a horrible death is for people who don't believe in God why do Christians die violent deaths. This post is not befitting of any God! I'm sure there are other ways.

The earlier religious people stop wishing that unbelievers die gruesomely, the better for us for forward movement.[/b]

To "1" above, how do handle the situation of hermaphrodite (or intersexed person) meaning is someone who has some or all of the primary sex characteristics of both genders (for example, a penis and a vulva). We can't classified this set of people man nor woman yet they also crave for sexual desire like normal human do which means whatsoever basement you choose to tag it "sin" has failed.

To. "2" above there are cultures and customs in some part of the world a certain tribe offer their wives to friends as entertainment and a sign that the are humorous and also as a way of fostering relationship between them. Among many are ovahimba and ovazimba tribe of northern Namibia. This means that the custom practiced by these tribes can't be labelled as "sin" what ever the case you have placed it.

To. "3"safety abortion is allowed medically if it's a threat to the carrier. Period. In summary, nothing like sin, your thinking only make it so.

Modified. Seems I found some common attribute in the above posts which is trying to make a eloquent conservation among people with deceitful one. Rather, in many situation, human prefer to be into deceitful conservation as the nature of the environment twisted their actions and behaviours that way.

But on the other hand, as an introvert who tries to contribute into their conservation find out his/her own view might not be welcomed and after so much thinking decided to say few things and just keep quite. Well that doesn't make you dumb either. It's just the personality have developed either conscious or unconsciously.

Well, the good news is that you are better off being yourself either way in as much as other people value you to have a deep conscious of deeper thinking which might be helpful in some situation still shows that you don't have to make your esteem look worthless by forcing yourself to be another's person personality.

Although, in situations like that you can try go give in but make sure it's at your own tempo, then gradually, they begin to feel your own contribution taughtful

I was watching movie with other kids in one of our neighbour's face me I face u house while the mother is teaching her daughter of primary 3 types of shapes. All the kids around were about the same class group of primary 2/3. She ask her daughter to spell RECTANGLE. None of the kids could spell it until the question was directed to me. On a normal day I know I couldn't spell but I just have to spit out some gibberish letters. So I first made out some audible sounds few times squeezing my face and looking up.

There is a singular message in the bible and that is Man's salvation in Christ Jesus. It is not a book to argue or dis-argue science, or a book of creation (though it contained creation story), it is not a book for everything. Where many miss it, including you is trying to see the bible fighting or standing to contradict science. That will be an error, Like i told you before, science is still very young and would lack the standing to fully comprehend the essence of the scriptures.

The Bible is a book to show man's true condition, salvation in Christ alone. No other story, no other essence, no other light. Hence you should seek biblical explanation as an entity in its context of its right interpretation.

To the bolded. There are several religion in the world such as Judaism, Christianity ,Islam , Bahá'í Faith , Hinduism, Taoism, Buddhism, Sikhism , Slavic neopaganism , Celtic polytheism, just to mention a few each having their own version of religious books. What makes the Christianity Holy Bible a special standout book I should seek explanation from among others?

No. Nothing of such. In as much religionist doesn't know what and why the cause of event and why it's happening that way, they conclude since when we don't know, then someone supreme did it and should be left that way. Science is not an entity. It's simply our best explanation for how the world works. Simple as that.

To what extent can you trust our current observations/research to remain true, final, and same in centuries to come?

Science is not perfect. It's an ever-tightening spiral that gets us closer and closer to understanding the world we live in.

Which means that our ideas start off clumsy and then become more and more refined as we get learn more and get closer to a better understanding.

The fact that science disregards old ideas or attempts and offers new ones is not a weakness; it's its strength. Because -- unlike some other bodies of "knowledge" we could name -- science has no qualms about changing its position based on new data.

Prior to the scientific method of learning and testing, life was exponentially harder and more confusing: Why did my cow die? Why is the earth shaking? What are those lights in the sky? Why did my wife give birth to a dead child?
Science is the process by which we found the correct answers to those questions. And, while it's not perfect, it's provides us with the best tools for the job that we've ever had.

When this your proposal becomes a law/fact or scientifically proven (as you say), then we can gist on this Keep this for now.

Firstly, let me give you the description of the Abrahamic God you know in the bible. Your Almighty God that knows everything, knows the beginning and the end, The God of love, omniscience, omipotient, creation of everything in the universe, the merciful God,....

He's doesn't fit into any of the description above. You don't expect a God to know the beginning and end and still created man in some garden and know that the snake will decieve him, which will made him sin against him, yet the only reward for their sin is everlasting torture (hellfire). That just shows that he's not loving. (Adam & Eve). Mind you, the story in Genesis about creation has many gaps and false.

How will God drown all human existence in some flood except for one man. This just shows the act of wickedness because it doesn't deceit your loving character. Yet, after the flood the same man whom God saved from the flood committed the same sin that makes Him God destroy the world with flood. This just shows that He's God doesn't know everything after all (Noah). Take note the story of Noah was a fable that doesn't exist.

How do you give justice to lots wife that God turn into a pillar of salt and yet have mercies on David that kill Uriah and married his wife just to cover his atrocities. Yet your loving God went ahead to kill all innocent the first born in Egypt just because he wanted to allow children of Israel depart. That is wickedness and injustice why not he just kill pharol instead of killing all fborns. Lot of atrocities that are all done and justifying it with GOD.

A God that loves everyone unconditionally will not order Saul to go raiding every city they attack kill their men, women that already know man, take their gold, cattles, and their virgin as slave, and still punish the same Saul because he disobeyed him by not destroying everything in the city he had ordered the destroy. That just shows an act of hypocrisy which is man trails.

How do you expect a God that his glory is countless, mightier stood so low to take revenge better still his relationship between Him and man is tit or tat that is his give you something to get back another. A few story in the Bible shows how he punish his people whenever they turn against him. Amos 4:6-13(NIV) says few of his bad deed

If truly this is the picture of the God you serve then I'm sorry to tell you that all those story is not God's word but of man which has been subjected to editing, rediting, lies, fable, and superstitious tales just to justify and make it appealing to the masses in order to control the populace of the then generation. Your religion doesn't just happen from the blues, there are histories account outside the Bible, there's motive for writing those stories that way, it comes with politics beside event and records are on the open internet. There is psychology behind every human nature. It's high time you start questioning everything you were told as a child.

Back to my first Statement I reference John 3:16... This is what religion folks used to hold thigh to their followers, Everlasting Life (Heaven) and fear of everlasting turtore (hellfire). So you expect that all other people that doesn't believe him Him will perish? A quick survey, most children choose the religion of their parents which means a child born in China/Japan you would probably be a Buddhist, India will probably be Hindus, Iran, Iraq Saudi Arabia will probably be Muslim, and because you were probably born in North America or Nigeria, you found yourself to become a Christian. Does that means that other children born in those country will go to hell because their only sin is because they didn't believe in your own God/Christ. Your creator of the universe should have known that your belief is by geograpical location. Think about it.

what is the difference between the sacrificial rituals in the bible and the sacrificial ritual of the African traditional worshipper? nothing. they are both rituals.

what is difference between the statues, symbols, altars, and signs in churches and the idols and symbols in the temple of the juju priest? nothing.

There is only one difference - packaging! No religion is superior to another. Foreign religion appears to be more divine than our local religion simply because they are well packaged.

Is obvious that the rate of stealling in the country will be high compare to lack of employment opportunities when others are self employed and now it has been banned .
We are all human let's reason these's Nigeria we work daily to survive

Since many families sources of income depends on this motorist driving which I think the government made a sudden move without laying down plans for the people this decision might affected, I think the best this the governor should do is to bring them back and enforce laws they will abide to pending till when there is a proper restructuring for the best benefit of all Lagosians.

Personally, I suggest the governor should readdress this problem probably give a prior notice for some month/year before banning them and making sure there are better alternative that can create employment for those that will be affected.

Bro chill now there's no change without having some sort of effects on the majority but better still it's a step ahead to better development. This is just a phase to alleviate to a better and working system. Beside you can't be doing the same thing and expect same result. Sanwo olu has vision for Lagos and he's taking a bold steps towards it.

Beside more that 60 buses will be made available across major roads from 3rd February including the ferry terminals in the city. Facing the reality is harsh, but few month from now the system will improve better.
