Romance / Re: I Slept With My Ex And I Think My Husband Knows by 1988: 5:33pm On Aug 17, 2022
Lie till u die! The second u open ur mouth to confess, the second ur marriage is over!! We men have pride and would never share our women with anyone, worst still our nemesis, the ex lover of our woman. Take my advice: what u don't know can't hurt u. If u fall into ur guilty trap and confess, there's no escape
daylay7:
I was in love with this guy so much that we do everything together. Aside from the fact that we share the same goals, religion put us far from each other. He was a muslim and I, a christian. I loss my virginity to him (we were both naive in that practice anyway). My parents forbid me and we drifted apart but I loved him still.

I met another guy afterward who shares the same belief with me and we got married three years later. Infact, my ex came for the wedding and celebrated me even during the reception( my husband already know his story and was not surprised when he saw him at the wedding).

A year after the birth of my son, I had an official assignment in another location where my ex's sister resided and because I could not complete the assignment that day, I decided to sleep over at her place. But on getting there, I saw my ex sitting in the living room. It was already late as at that time and I couldn't go back or book for a hotel and I decided to chilled out, telling myself that nothing must happen between us that day. undecided My greatest mistake!

The apartment was just 3 bedroom. A master bedroom for the sister, a room for the children and the other for a visitor. Now we are having two visitors who once shared a thing for each other. cry My ex invited me into the room but I declined telling him I would rather sleep on the floor in the living room or he should bring a matrass for me. He brought the mattress in the visitors room into the living room and we both slept on it. One thing led to another in the middle of the night.... cry cry cry cry cry . And it happened! Coincidentally, my husband called at that time. I had to switched off my phone.

When I got back home the next day, I apologized to my husband that I had a flat battery and he didn't say anything but my husband never looked at me the same again. He never quarreled or said anything even after couple of years later. But the way he talks sometimes as if he kws I am hiding a secret from him and he wants me to open up to him. My fear is that if I should open up, I might lose my marriage and my family. What happened between my ex and I was a one time thing. I never went back or saw him again. It has been 10 years now and I am still feeling bad about it especially when he talked about cheating couple.

This feeling is eating me up. I don't know if I should still open up to him or I should forever remain silent about it....

Politics / Re: Osinbajo: Lifting 20 Million Nigerians Out Of Poverty In 2 Years Within Reach by 1988: 7:50pm On Jan 19, 2021
U want to lift ppl out of poverty? Devolve power from the centre to the other two tiers of govt, let states control their resources, determine their own wages, create their own police etc. Without these, u're only fooling yourself. The fact that everything you've tried has failed should make u to rethink ur strategy and try something new but alas, u keep doing the same thing over and over expecting a different outcome

Romance / Re: I’ve Been Unable To Move On After Breaking Up With My Ex For Cheating On Me by 1988: 11:56am On Jan 18, 2021
Dude, why do u wanna go back to a girl that's moved on? It's disrespectful to ur new girl, just put urself in her shoes. U never know what u have till it's gone, which is y u never make decisions when u emotional. Now it's too late.
Money2000:
Hello NLers... Sometimes ago, I was in dilemma to leave my loyal and faithful girlfriend...
Guess what? I finally caught her cheating. She was double dating for 3 months (dating myself and one other guy).

I have dated this babe for 4 years, until I caught her cheating. I was so angry that I ended the relationship.
I am in a new relationship anyway, but I can’t seem to find the friendship I had with my ex.

I sometimes feel I go extra miles to impress this new girl (not like she bills me, but I caught her one time receiving money gift from a guy, whom she claims that they are just friends, and that she would stop talking to him) although she appreciates every little thing I do. She has also been supportive.

My ex apologized and beg me to reconcile things with her, but I thought I love this new babe more than her... so I told her to move on. After like 2 months, she has finally moved on oh.

The problem now is that, I am beginning to miss my ex so much, the friendship we had, the mind blowing s*x and some other experience we had together, how we have helped each other grow in life financially (my ex was with me when I was broke and had nothing) P.S: my new gf is kind of boring in bed, her pre-intimacy game and s*x is nothing compared to my ex (I prefer my ex)...

These days, any small thing, I am dreaming of my ex, seeing her in my dream, which makes me very happy... but when I wake up to reality, I become sad because it’s just a dream.

I have taken this my new gf to family, and I’ve also met her family too...

Now, I am in a dilemma if to go beg my ex for reconciliation because I miss her so much... I think I have actually not moved on...

I need your advice pls
Politics / Re: 8 Members Of Amotekun Dismissed For Shooting Tosin Thomas In Oyo by 1988: 3:29am On Jan 15, 2021
All these security outfits are just govt employment progs created to tackle unemployment but without real professional training for the people recruited. Most of these recruits are either dropouts or jobless hoodlums that responded to a recruitment PSA and after a 1 month of match past are given uniforms and guns and told to pretend they are security. The real victims are the public. Think about it: Do these guys, including police and soldiers, look like they have any public interaction training or etiquette classes? They can't even communicate with proper grammar ffs

BEST DAY EVER
nairavsdollars:
The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja will today deliver judgment in the case instituted by the Peoples Democratic Party and its presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, challenging the outcome of the February 23, 2019 election.

The petitioners asked the five-man tribunal led by Justice Mohammed Garba to nullify President Buhari’s victory at the poll and either declare them the winner ‎or order the Independent National Electoral Commission to conduct a rerun.

What is the mood of the nation? How will you feel if the court declares Atiku winner of uphold the election of President Buhari?

I agree. He should have
SoNature:
He said all the issues were discussed as he gave them the freedom to discuss all

The statement above is false!
Jonathan made it clear that secession was off the table!

Again, not implementing the recommendation of the conference was hypocrisy at its best!
Why didn't Jonathan implement it the minute the white paper was released?
He should never have waited to win the 2015 elections before implementing the recommendation.
Nigeria lacks good leaders.
No, Jonathan was never a good leader!

What is the essence of the African brotherhood if not to help one another .
That the government is spending excessively and the citizens lack to will to question or stop it should not be the fault of Jonathan.
The logic is this , if Nigerians cannot question their LGA Chairmen about the over N50m coming to council every months , why should they bother about how FG in far away Abuja is spending the free , unaccounted money[/quot
