But then again, some banks over 18% per annum, which will be 1.5% un 30 days , so why would one use finbank for 10.5% per annum

Yes I believe most women bt not all feels intimidated by attractive men. However it depends on how really attractive the man would be, because there is no limit to seeing finer people. So if a lady is completely attractive, she can still be intimidated seeing a one of a kind attractive guy.


That be said, confidence also plays a big role on this issue, a guy could be so so so attractive, but when a lady senses his lack of confidence, then there are limitations to being intimidated. apart from university days in eastern nigeria, i was tied to mama's apron strings (joke) primary through secondary sch.
the undergrad years were an eye opener 4 me. met freinds (best of both worlds) in the hostels, almost started smoking, GF's the good, the bad, and the heartbreakers. off campus accomodation so you were free to show yourself with what u gat (love-vendor my crib) how u roll, Owerri is a swingers paradise.

hostel life @ uni level was cool sha. no bully's no forced laws (off camp), i had a blast sha no blame me, its my first time away from lag.

these bulbs come with an average lifespan of 2000 hours, so even if you dont turn it off for energy saving, do that to save your money for replacement.
with the loud cry for saving the planet and global warming, phcn is not sensitizing the masses on conservation.

the full impact of chrnobyl has not been understood in this side of the world. the whole site had to be covered with concrete after the wind has dispersed radioactive materails over the whole continental europe contaminating farmlands and leading to all sorts of health problems.

it came down heavily on Russia and Ukraine that thier nuclear plants and reactors has no comtainment biulding in the case of a breach, unlike thier comrades at (nuclear) arms US. and that is the country 9ja is set to sign nuclear deals with.                         Haba 9ja think twice.

much as nuclear energy is to a great extent solves energy problems, i would not recomend it for Nigeria a country known for its many lapses in , everything. cleaner and safer energy sources should be used. with the kind sun wen dey beat us for 9ja, quality solar energy should be the long awaited solution to our nepa/phcn failures.
