Goodday all,

Pls,I have a few brandables I want to let go off due to financial constraint at any amount.
I have not made a single sale for Months since I began this journey. I have tried my hands on brandables, geo and even EMD and yet no sales yet. And worse, I don't even have any fund to buy new domains. It's really depressing.

So I reluctantly wish to let these two domains go so I can reinvest them to buying new domains to stay afloat. Pls kindly help me out with any offer/any amount you can, to help me stay afloat.

The power is in the name and contacting the right end user at the right time (that's where grace comes in for me)..

I've sold names with just;

So it's not until one writes one sweet letter to wash the endusers head that he'll sell. Most of these end users, they have end users/web guys they ask opinion from and they also do their own research b4 they move forward with acquisition that's why in some cases the enduser disappears after agreeing price..


The ppl u are referring to as bosses here with "magical template" have shared their outbound letter/method here whenever they are asked of it

Someone might say he sells other domain names rather than GEO only, of course, but Ikyepromotions do the same too. Let's appreciate our own too.

People believe knowledge can't be found freely because of lack of research.

Those guys on Twitter, when they post we see them as bangers.

But ironically some of us here are doing better than the white folks on Twitter.

But because we throw the knowledge here freely, it is not valued.

Maybe when we put it in a book and spend time marketing those books, it will be valued.

I have an ac Lg low voltage, though not inverter ac that I used for over 3years without stabilizer, before packing it.

Recently I remembered the ac and decided to install it in my room and when I called a technician to loose it and reinstall in my room, he said the compressor is short on gas, after he has finished installation.

I told him to refill gas, and he did, and came again to tell me, that the ac compressor is bad and need to change.

I asked him how much he said its almost 18k for 1.5hp which the ac is and a Belgium compressor is good.

I gave him money to put the Belgium compressor and the noise from the ac is too much, as if it's a generator when an using it.

Another thing now is that the ac is no longer cooling, and he said the compressor is bad again, that I need to change it, I was like it's not upto 4months I changed it, and he said it's current that is spoiling the compressor because am using it without stabilizer.

So my question is must all ac be used with stabilizer?

Because for like three years I bought this ac I didn't use any stabilizer and it worked perfectly.

I countered with my asking price because there was a time my friend used that domain to play games on me, by using Vpn to send me an offer of $12000 which I accepted and he called me to say he is the one.

So when this offer came in I taught it was still him, so I countered him with my asking price.

He declined the offer and asked me if am to trade?
I was surprised by his question so I Googled his name and found out That he is a fellow domainer.

I needed money so I now said since it's a fellow domainer willing to keep it for long $599 if you are paying today.

He countered with $425.

I told him $450 or I keep my domain.

He accepted and paid immediately.

One of my non Geo names that I got this year, I think hold time is just few months.

Got this domain free from Promxy94, decided to do outbound on it on wednesday, I received an offer of $100 within 30mins, but counterd it to $150 as I was still doing outbound on it.
He later came back after like almost 2 hours with another counter of $125, which I accept instantly, as he's the only one that seems interested.
So thankful to God and very grateful to @Promxy94, may God continue to bless you boss.

Sold my one and only dot realty domain name. And will like to keep the name private.
But note that it's related to homes and not a Geo.
Am only reporting this here, and am not putting the domain name because I found out they acquired it for reselling.
Acquired for $0.99 during epik promo of the extension.

I registered this domain and outbounded to people having similar names even the dot com owner.

One replied and said how much I quoted $1500 which is my Buy it now price.

He later said he is not interested, all this are months ago.

Later this week i received an offer of $500 via my landing page.

I replied the person via mail that $599 we deal, and also went to epik to counter his offer with $599

He replied what's the renewal fee I said I don't know, but later I sent another mail telling him I think it's under $300.

He didn't reply, I Googled his name and found out he is a big man and 2nd in command in a Top domain brokerage firm.

I was like wow and I quoted just $599.
I was now thinking the renewal fee has made him back out.

I decided to mail him again because it seems he is in an asain country and asked him what's up if he is still interested.

Later on epik sent me a message that the domain has sold for $599, meaning he has paid.

Sorry I can't disclose the name but it's my ist dot realty sale and only dot realty domain.

Some have the luck of entering today and buying crap, and selling it the next day, why others may not.

I spent like a year, my ist set of names expired, names that were sourced and given to me by the boss of this thread himself, when
I registered for his tutorials but they never sold.
I was optimistic that My GOD will see my through this, especially with the sales report reported by the bosses here then, who were majorly on brandables.

I went for youth service and used most of my allawee for domain registrations.

Was aggressively outbounding with different methods, till GOD Gave Me My Permanent and Perpetual BREAKTHROUGH,
Whenever I open Dan and see one of my domains under buyers review I just smile and laugh.

Meaning it can Only Be GOD GRACE...

My love for Volvo cars eeh no be here...

But am just afraid on non availability of mechanics and mechanical parts in Ph.

Depends on my pocket at that point in time and venue of the offer.

Yes i will counter if it's by mail to $299

If it's through Dan and other marketplace. I will view the buyer ist and if am to counter it won't be more than $200.

But if I want to sell I just accept it after all how much did I buy the domain.



I recieved an offer for a domain name via epik

Domain is priced $400 and above.

Offer of $250 came in, and I countered to $350.

Buyer didn't reply again even after sending him series of messages and promo offers of getting the name for the same $250 later on.


Above all Let's not forget that everything still boils down to GOD GRACE.

B4, I used to accept straightaway but them paying up was a big issue. Imagine accepting like 3 offers from different endusers and all of dem refuse to pay...

I made a decision not to accept any offer straight away due to anger/frustrations of me accepting and them not paying up.

U make offer, I counter, u accept or make another offer. If u make another offer, I accept even tho the counter offer is same with ur initial offer.

If I counter and buyer Japa, I just tell myself he wouldn't have paid if I accepted that his initial offer so it's a good tin I did not get my hopes up by accepting.

NB: Na my own personal experience be this sha.. Not saying anybody should follow me

Possibility of them paying, after accepting their initial offer is 50/100.

Possibility of them countering or accepting your counter offer is 15/100

Possibility of them rejecting your counter offer and going mute is 75/100

Another thing I noticed is desperation from we sellers especially on Geo names.

Once buyer notices it, it tells alot on the possible completion of the transaction, except its a name that the buyer seriously needs.


I have different names that buyers have agreed to buy via mail with my asking price, some haven't still paid, and no reply till now.

All this and many others are what we see in Geo domains.
