Good morning my People, I am in a state of confusion & hopelessness here. My family (wife & 3 children) is about to face ejection from a house I supposed to be a tenant.
I have occupied the 2bed room flat since October 2011. I pay house rent yearly without owing my landlord. The house is 4story with 15flats. The hole occupants received their flat apartment keys same day (it was a new house when we parked in) part of our money was used in lifting the upstairs.
Fast forward to 2020, thing has never been the same for me, because of Covid-19 lockdown. I work in a private establishment and we are being owned 7 months of our salaries. My house rent expires every 31st August. I call my landlord ahead to give me more time to see if my employers will pay us, which he accepted. October is over and I am yet to received any payment from them. Things are very hard for me even to feed is now a big problem.
I got a call from my landlord (he was boiling hot) yesterday evening that he's given me till Tue 3rd November (2days) to pay him or get my belongings thrown out. The thing that is bursting my head is that he promptly told me that am not a tenant, that am a guest in his house meaning his house is a guest house. A house I had paid for 9yrs.
He used to be a good landlord but recently hes changing, he increase our rent last 2yrs and now that covid is affecting everyone he still increase house rent.


* Please I need people that knows and understands law for advice on what to do since he has told me he throwing me out without Quit Notice.

* I don't mind financial support or job opportunity, as I am sick of being jobless and I am scared of seeing my family embarssed, couple that I have 6month old baby. My wife is just depressed too.

Did you sign any tenancy agreement with your landlord, if yes did you read it very well.

Do you know the day your rent expires you are no longer seen as a normal tenant but a tenant as suffrage.
Do you know that the landlord and tenant relationship existing between you and your landlord seized on the eve of the expiration of your rent.

They focus their strategy on how much profit they'll make with their names because if they lower all their portfolio prices today, they'll sell each and every single names they have.

Are you ready to hold a goe domain for that long like some of the people you mentioned above.

Considering the fact that liquidity and quick turnover is your objective.

Geos are different from brandables and emds where people believe and hold onto what they have for long.

Selling depends on how much you wanna sell shaa.. Some domainers don't wait for 1000% profits.. They sell even with 100% profit rollover and continue same trick.

I still and will continue to perceive domaining as luck plus GRACE.

Because even at that backordered fee, some end users may still not be interested.

So it's not all about the profit margin...

Log into your epik account.

Scroll down to add domains, on it, add domain name you want to list it will be added to the list of your epik domains.

Then right click beside the domain after refreshing your dashboard and click on marketplace to set up listing.

Go back to where domain is registered amd change nameservers to that of epik

Leave it. So far as your name servers are on epik.
Go and outbound.

If it sells you can decide to transfer in so buyer can get it immediately.

Or you can decide to send it to epik namesilo account.

Abeg, I need help with Epik.

I just sold a domain registered with Namecheap.com. I contacted Tony and he asked me to push it to their Namecheap account which I did. I even got a successful mail from Epik.

And the domain is no longer in my namecheap account.

But Epik just mailed me that I should push my domain within my Epik account, I followed the link in the mail then I realised I will pay $8.49 to push the domain.

Please, is this how it is done on Epik?
