Guy, go for samsung s9+ or add a little money and go for s10+. You will almost want to eat the phone out of excitement. Quality phone for gaming.. 60 fps and Ultra HD graphics for pubg makes the s9+ a beast for gaming. Camera is top notch and crystal clear as light. Battery is well optimized with also a maximum power saving mode which can even keep the phone powered on while still at 0%. Many more things you will get from the s9+ upwards. So, go for it |

Phones / Re: Any Review On Gionee M15. Cuz I Just Ordered It On Konga by prosper87: 7:11pm On Jul 19, 2022 |
davinchi101: I will advise you to be very careful buying from Konga because there are lots of deceitful sellers there. It’s ‘Buyer beware’ if it’s from Konga. I once ordered a power bank from dem worth 40,000 mah and on personal inspection I found out it’s not more than 5000 mah!!. In your own case, reject the order because it’s obvious you’re not going to enjoy the phone. Mail Konga and send them the product order number and tracking ID, telling them your wish to cancel order and why you are no longer interested in continuing with the order. Simply state a convincing reason. If the delivery person calls you, and you chose payment on delivery, tell them you cancelled the order. Or reject the product on delivery. |
Education / Re: Forbidden Truth About Christianity And The Bible by prosper87: 4:40pm On Jun 13, 2022 |
The moment I saw the assertion in which you said ‘the disciples of Jesus were Illiterate’, I know I can’t trust this write-up. What’s your proof to show that writing wasn’t invented during or even before the time of Christ? And if I may ask again OP, is this post intended to be a criticism of Christianity? |

I trained myself to study in 2-3 hrs blocks continuously throughout the day, and that was how I discovered my reading style at age 15, as well as my assimilation limit. I started reading 6-12 hrs a day at age 15. Right now? 24hrs a day is not enough sef. |

Nigeria retaining the epithet ''giant of Africa'' remains a subject of controversy since countries like Angola, Rwanda, Botswana and South Africa appear to be the uprising countries. It depends on what aspect we base the epithet ''giant of africa" on; is it politically, economically, demographically? Firstly, the title was given to Nigeria in political terms because of her impressive role in the decolonisation of her neighbouring countries. So, let's assume it's for political reasons, because economically, Nigeria isn't the giant we expect. Honestly, Nigeria is really blessed, and in my next life I'll still want to be a Nigerian, but our leaders and us, the citizens have simply lost focus on the main aim of making Nigeria an advanced nation. Now, other Africans now talk down on Nigeria, especially south Africans. It's alright. Nigeria remains the political giant of africa.... 3 Likes 1 Share |

Religion / Re: How Do You Personally Hear From God? by prosper87: 3:59pm On Aug 22, 2021 |
Most times it could be difficult for man to discern the voice of God from the voice of self. But while reading this book called 'Pilgrims Progress' by John Buyan, a character mentioned something called the 'eyes of understanding', and according to this character, that is the way through which he saw Jesus. The Bible verse provided to support it was Ephesians 1:18,19. So, drawing from this statement, in order to hear God, I assume we must also have an 'ear of understanding' as well, an ear that could distinguish between the voice of Self from the voice of God. To have this ear, we need to regularly do things that awaken our spirit, things like fasting, praying, reading and meditating on the scriptures etc. come across as good examples. Also, diligence and consistency of our desires to hear Him is very important key. Someone also earlier mentioned that we should have 'a pure heart'. That's also very important too. That's why we need the Holy Spirit in this respect. Above all, Jesus is 'the Way', the Truth and the Life. To really know God, the way is through Jesus; and to know Jesus, it is through God(Jesus ,while asking his disciples who they thought he was, after which Peter answered that he is the Son of God, said that no other person could have revealed this to Peter except through God--- Peter knew that Jesus is the Son of God through God himself;and there are some instances in the Bible in which Jesus succinctly mentioned that through him can we know God more). The emphasis must be on the central figure of Christianity, JESUS CHRIST And please, the Christian race is a personal one, and no one would run it for us except we ourselves. Our personal lives matters a lot. Pastors are running theirs, we also must run ours. Shalom.. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Nice move by the Mr.President. Honestly speaking, if he had been active like this maybe Nigerians wouldn't be complaining by now. What we(not everyone tho) want is a Leader that is sensitive to the happenings in the country and also attempting to find solutions to them; we need an active government not a dormant one. To Buhari haters, I used to be one too.....lol... thinking that Buhari is inarticulate and brain dead. This my belief was destroyed or maybe reduced(don't know how to put it sha) when Buhari arrived Lagos recently and delivered his speech. I was amazed because the "BUHARI" I knew or maybe thought I knew or heard of wasn't the same one that was delivering the speech. His intonation and pronunciation of words, perfected by the way the speech went disproved all my assumed negative presumption about him--- I thought I have been brainwashed lol. You can listen to his speech and see what I'm saying, e shock. I learnt a major lesson: Don't ALWAYS believe negative opinions formulated against people until you confirm it yourself. Thanks for reading. |

Injuria non excusat injuriam A wrong does not excuse a wrong. She took it too far by slicing his manhood. It’s better she was even raped and she seeks redress in the court( which she will win) than taking laws into her own hands and permanently injuring the man. |

OP, This country needs people like you. You're a real compatriot. What this country needs now is not criticisms; What this country needs now is people who will look at the various problems facing the country, critically think about it and provide or suggests solutions to each of them. In fact OP, If I were the president you would have been my special adviser. Keep up the good work And for other Nigerians reading this, Instead of criticism why not sit down and think out a way to solve the various problems facing the country. This is the only way forward 1 Like 1 Share |
