Dimple10: Yes!!!!
Adding spouse after AOR doesn’t have an effect on your crs points. People have mentioned it been done on previous parts of this thread. Oh, Okay. Thanks. |

Kekereekun123: express entry aor usually comes few minutes after submitting. does that invariably mean once your application is received it is no longer impacted by spouse's profile? As in them disqualifying you if your crs score drops? |
Travel › Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 10 by Prudento: 7:55pm On Sep 07, 2020 |
Dimple10: Answer to your question is YES.
Best time to add spouse is after you get AOR as points will not be affected. Raise CSE and add spouse providing the marriage happened after submission. From my former application (trv), AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt?) usually comes a day or a few days after application. So, does that invariably mean once your application is received it is no longer impacted by spouse's profile? |

As seen If your marital status changes at ANY time, you are required to inform IRCC immediately. If you don't and your application processes to the next stage, it shall amount to misrepresentation. The relationship status - 'Engaged' - is of no consequence to IRCC.
If you get married after receiving your ITA, you shall need to disclose your status when you submit your e-APR. In this case you need to be careful to check that your CRS score with your spouse (either accompanying or non-accompanying) does not fall below the minimum CRS score in your round of invitations. You shall need to submit PCC and Medicals for your Spouse.
If you get married after submitting your e-APR and inform IRCC via a Case Specific Enquiry (CSE), you shall still be required to submit the above documents for your spouse. IRCC shall ask you to upload them as an ADR and the processing of your application shall be delayed.
If you get married after landing, you shall need to take the Spousal Sponsorship route. If you get married after submitting e-APR (is that e-application?), will your wife's profile still count towards your crs score and could you be denied if it falls way below the cut of for the round of invitations? At what point may you add your spouse without impacting your application? Thanks. |

Dimple10: Edit: the question is asking if you have held at least one job for a continuous period of 1 year. Example is working as an admin for 1yr then the rest of your work experiences will be 6month, 5months etc with different employers.
If you mean having a job title like hr/admin/executive assistant and can fit your JD under Noc 1241For the last 10yrs then it’s fine.
You can also have worked under different NOC’s in the last 10yrs. As long as the Noc’s are under 0, A, B then you’re good too. Consider a scenereo where someone has experiences as 1. Agric. Extension Advisor (NOC A) - 1year, 2. Food Service Supervisor (NOC B) - 1yr, and Baker (NOC B) - 1yr. Is it acceptable as 3yrs experience? |

Hello my people, please I'm confused about the work experience requirement. Please what do they mean by this: " ii. In the last 10 years, how many total years of foreign skilled work experience do you have? It must have been paid, full-time (or an equal amount in part-time), and in only one occupation" Does one occupation mean you should be, for example, a Baker, or Teacher... for the entire period? What if you have three different jobs under the same NOC within the ten years; is it acceptable? Thank you o |

But I have met every requirement for the Canadian study permit.i have laid part of my school fee to the school. I have had my biometrics today too. Please someone should help me on this. Will I be denied as a result of that mistake? When did you apply? Have you done your biometrics already? If not, it it possible to withdraw the application and reapply? kylexy61: With your VISA in hand, you've already jumped over the highest and hardest of hurdles, Sir.
Just do not forget to have all the relevant documents in hand (Admission letter, LOI, Payment of fees receipt, etc). You will only be asked the simplest of questions you could easily answer in your sleep (Eg: What program are you going for? How many years? etc). In fact, you might not be asked anything at all.
Best wishes in your travel to, and your studies in Canada.

Hello House, I am a funded student coming to University of Saskatchewan this Fall. However I don't have enough funds to get an accommodation immediately. I will be waiting for my first stipends by end of September to be able to get an apartment. My problem now is where to stay for this one month, pending when I get my stipend. Please is there someone in Saskatoon that would be willing to accommodate me as room mate for a month, the I reimburse him with half of his rent at the end of the month? |

harveygordon: Hi everyone! I don't know how to start but I will somehow.
I've seen people here get admissions into Canadian Unis be it for BSc, MSc or Certification programs. Some eventually get TRVs, some denied.
However, my own case has been rather worse. I've been denied admission 3 times: 2 by Uni of Saskatchewan and one by Uni of Manitoba.
Just for information, I graduated with a 2,1 in Biochemistry in one of Nigerian fed Unis. Had 98 in TOEFL (even when it is not needed most the Unis).
Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Did you first contact Supervisors in those places? |

thompson1510: Morning Guys, after waiting for 5 weeks, i have been granted CAQ. But right now, I am thinking of deferring my admission till Winter Semester (January)because of the time frame. I am supposed to resume 4th of September. What do you bosses think please? Can i still make it or i should defer the admission?
And I am thinking of changing school if i am given study permit but i don't know if Concordia university refunds tuition fees please..
Right now, i don't know where to start from...and i am already gathering all the required documents... I used less than a week to put my application together, and got my visa within two months. I suggest you go ahead and apply. Now that you have a CAQ, it appears Quebec Government says "Come", your application will likely not take much time. cheers! |
