Dr Raymond Dokpesi has confessed that he received N2 billion from Col Sambo Dasuki's office. He said it was for campaign publicity for the Jonathan/Sambo Campaign. This leads to questions like: was the Office of the National Security Adviser an extension of Wadata Plaza? What bearing did PDP campaign have with National Security? What sort of publicity are u doing that u spend Two Billions on?
My take is that Jonathan himself cannot escape this. Reason is he was the candidate that would benefit from this spending. The Electoral Act 2010 (as amended) put the total amount that a Presidential Candidate could spend at N1billion only. How come Jonathan spent 2 billion on publicity alone and nobody has questioned this infringement?

Getting a running mate will be easy.
Somewhere someplace they has to be a desperate politician who won't minding been a deputy governor.
If the governor elect is really serious about getting a running mate that should not be a problem.

In a recession, such as Nigeria is facing now.
Government should take the lead in cutting down its own expenses before touching ordinary people(civil servants)salaries.
End subsidy of oil. It's brazen theft.
Revive Ajaokuta and Itakpe steel, iron ore industries.
Allow states more flexibility with resources residing in their domain.
Pour more money(budgetary allocation) into education, science and agriculture. Slash the defense budget massively.
Boko haram will.not be defeated only by guns and bombs.
Educate the young ones in the north east, help the farmers go back to agriculture.

Common sense is not common among some people.

Face your legislative duties and allow the party leadership to nominate a candidate. Failure to do so and spend the next 4 years in Abuja facing efcc.

True it can. But it also has a self regulatory component where people flag up wrong information and then.its corrected.
Beyond all that..a deeper search reveals that what the Op posited as the to the lack of Islamic terrorism in Japan is wrong.
Japan foreign policy of non intervention seems to my.mind the reason for the relative peace it has enjoyed.
I use relative because why japant has not suffered Islamic terrorism it has been subjected to gruesome violence from terrorist such as the Sarin gas attack around 1990 or so and other communist related attacks.
