You don't need your original certificate... I used Statement of result. Since you're combining results... You need the two statement of results.

The reason why SOA (US) or Institute of Actuaries UK doesn't recognize degree in actuarial science from university of lagos is because none of the lecturers or professors in the department are member of the society, as a result the curricula of university of lagos degree is very different from the society or institute. I am a student member of institute of Actuaries, graduated from university of lagos in 2007 and I have been in the industry since then. 2months ago I went to one of the professors in the department and complained badly about the need for a change in the dept curricula and the response was that they are currently working on it. Apparently, some of the new lecturers have started writing the society examination. I. Hope very soon things would change but right now no exemptions no recognition. Cheers

The registration stuff can be frustrating at times, you must arrange your documents accordingly, make sure you have necessary stamps before going for there because any rejection is automatically the next day. A lady did it for us in COLNAS then, she was so harsh... My advice for you is make sure you do it before lecture starts.

I just subscribed a day to my 2nd MTN number and put it on my blackberry, it's so fast... Whereas it's stupidly slow on my main sim where I have a month subscription. So it's not network thing... MTN customer service should have an explanation for this.

My BlackBerry(Bold 9930) Internet been super slow for the past few days(for a week now)... At first, it won't browse with EDGE... But the 3G worked fine, later the EDGE and 3G now working but very very* slow... Even the 3G is much more worse. It took me close to 10mins(I'm not exaggerating) to open this page with Opera Mini. I called the customer care yesterday, I was told it's the network problem, they claimed they refreshed my sim and I should do a hard reset, I did that still the same thing... I called this morning, still same but there's someone at my side using MTN BIS, and his is very fast.

This same thing happened to me last month, I did a day BIS in the midnight. After browsing for like 2hrs... It started getting very slow that I can't open a page again, just like this... I have to cancel the subscription, did a month before it started working fine until last week. It's really frustrating.

I will pm you my MTN number.

Lol...actually I'm in mid 20s... My sis is in her early 30s... She's 7yrs older than me. We are blessed with young look in my family. I will send a pic of my bro that is in her mid30, the ones that's are in their late 30s, and our first child that's 40+ on bbm. I swear you won't believe it.

You're talking like someone who is clueless(no insult intended pls, I don't know a better word to use) about University life. A staliite* will easily identify a fresher by their dressing, talks and walks. If you like spend 10yrs after secondary school before getting admitted to a university, you will still act like a fresher... Unless you've passed through a tertiary institution before.

Be it OAU, Be it Unilag, or Harvard... Freshers are usually very young, and their lifestyle is usually different from that of uni's but gradually, they will adapt. I got admitted to Unaab in my early 20s, though I've attended a uni before coming to Unaab. I've got some peeps I'm 4-5yrs older in the depart, I've got some that are 3-7 years older than me so It is distributed evenly(the age class). University is where you will find different type of people, the oloshos, the church girls/boys, the street girls/boys, mummy's pet, grandma and so on...

At the university, you can choose whatever lifestyle you want... You have the power to choose your cliques... The kind of people you wanna relate with, the kind you don't wanna talk to, you want to be social, a loner, a psycho, runs* boy or girl.. The university will provide you with the resources...

And my main point... The girl that looks like 16yrs to you in 100L may turn out to be the biggest girl on campus in 2yrs told. People changed a lot after getting to the university.

2go or no 2go doesn't determine Maturity or class...

People doesn't really use 2go again because there's better chat app but doesn't mean it's meant for kids, will you say because people doesn't use myspace again since the invention of facebook means myspace is for kids.
