Wawelexy: EU will dare not grant, Putin already sent a strong warning by capturing their largest nuclear plant.
na Ukraine i just pity. It’s not NATO war, they can only sanction, same thing that was done to North Korea and China. If NATO accept Ukraine’s request, it means NATO will fight Russia directly, because NATO will have to shoot anything flying. NATO has claimed they will not be involved militarily in the war but will sanction heavily, and they stood by it. Unlike Putin who has claimed several times that he will not attack Ukraine, but went on to invade the country. |
Health › Re: Please Help! I Forget Things Easily, Do I Have A Medical Condition? by pseudonomer: 3:30pm On Mar 04, 2022 |
FavourWrites: Please help me Nairalander! Do I have a medical problem? Why do I forget things a lot?
Here’s the thing, I am someone who forgets things a lot. This may not sound like a big deal to you, but this problem is ruining the relationship I have with people.
There’ll be times when my friends would call telling me to do stuff for them, and the next day when we meet and they ask for the feedback, I’ll be there looking stupid because I didn’t remember them calling me at all. This is a problem because most times they think I faking the fact that I failed to remember.
I’ll be nineteen in a few months but I’m seriously worried for myself. I’m the kind of person who buys about three PEN every single day because I always forget where I dropped the last ones.
Don’t get me wrong, I do well in school, I currently have a 4.8 CGPA. The things I’m taught in school always seem to stick in my head, but every other thing doesn’t.
I have lost a lot of valuable friends because of this. Yes! It’s that bad.
There was a time I had a huge quarrel with a toxic friend, we ended up breaking up our friendship. But when the next semester began, I started wondering why she wasn’t talking to me. I tried approaching her but she ignored me.
I didn’t understand her behavior until the day I was flipping through my diary where I read that I had quarreled with her.
Please, I need help! My mum complains a lot about my behavior! Do I have a medical condition?
This problem is so bad that I had to buy a bracelet that connects my phone to my hand because I have lost count of how many times my phone slipped out of my hands. If not for the sound that my phone makes when it hits the floor, I never would have known that it slipped off my hands.
I can’t write all of the experiences I’ve had, but please I need help! I’m tired of carrying a book Jotter/planner around, and I’m tired of setting an alarm for something small like “TAKE THE CUP BACK TO THE KITCHEN".
HELP ME! You are not the only one… I think it’s about telling your brain what’s important and what’s not. I still remember a lot of mathematics formulas and theorems, but I always forget everyone’s age and birthday. It is so bad that, I don’t remember names too… just Imagine forgetting your gf name, time to time. I don’t remember movie character names. I store every appointments on my phone calendar, else I’ll forget. The trick is to trick your brain that those things are important to remember. When you study some concepts at the uni, your brain knows it’s a very important information… it’s stores it in the long-term memory. And informations that the brain deems as less important, it stores in some sort of short-term memory space, and you tends to forget it easily. You’ll be fine. |

I don’t have another energy to waste on explaining what you did, and hurt myself again. You hurt me, I leave without explanations. My mental health is more important. So many Nigerians have moved to Germany with it. I just asked a girl that stays in Poland just now and she says is possible. The advice is valid. You can’t just stay in EU with a visa for a long time. You cannot work, study and do anything with it. You’ll need to request for a residence permit, and you’ll be refused. The only way you can live in EU is to seek asylum, they will check your story and send the person back to Nigeria. |

Ammishaddai: Russia is protecting her security, just the way the US protects it's own security. For example , let's say Russia and Canada where allies working against the interest of the US , now tell me , would it make sense for the Russia to mount missile -guided systems in Canada? No . Why ? Because that poses a threat to the US security.
And that's the same thing happening here with Ukraine who is eager to join NATO and have them mount missile systems at the Ukrainian-Russian borders So Putin decided to attack and invade Ukraine, because he’s scared if Ukraine joins NATO, he will not be able to bully them like he always do, like sending soldiers in disguise to support the rebels in Ukraine. It’s a long term goal of Putin to invade Ukraine. Let say, he succeeded in taking over of Ukraine, then he will ask Poland that shares border with Ukraine to leave NATO, because it’s a threat to Russia’s security? Lol Do you even think about the security of Ukraine, Ukraine is trying to protect herself from Russia, and that’s why the Kyiv wanted to NATO, but Putin moves first and fast. For all slowpokes who think this is a war between US and Russia and you are supporting Russia bullying a small weak country believing in your head Russia is defeating US. You are all waste of human skin and you all doesn’t deserve a brain. |

Ammishaddai: If those nations pose a threat to Russian security, they will attack . And you know that as well as I do Russia will not attack a NATO member, why is he so scared of Ukraine plans to join NATO? Putin only attacks Ukraine because Ukraine is weak, he’s a coward. He should attack US, which everyone of you think he’s attacking. He’s attacking a weak Ukraine. I hope Ukraine would survive and after the war, becomes the Europe new Israel and say “Never again”. |

But for those thinking the US or her allies will arm-twist Putin into submitting, they are in for a big surprise Putin should attack one of the NATO member states, or attack Israel. Because according to zelensky, he said he wanted security assurance from Russia. Russia in turn said it wanted security assurance from NATO. Meanwhile, NATO I mean USA said Russia's security concerns are "Non starters". Meaning, NOT WORTH TALKING ABOUT. Na this thing vex putin. If this was Trump, Trump would've called both Russia and Ukraine to the table. Then say to putin, we will give you assurance, if you give Ukraine assurance. Simple. But sleepy was saying "No, No, No, No". What a fool.

tonididdy: I be say I not go reply you again but clearly you are not updated educationally.
First of all Ukraine used to be a Soviet state, it's an alien in Europe. It's neither an EU member, Not a NATO member. So what Europe are you talking about? Europe != EU. And Ukraine is in Europe, same as Russia. There is nothing like Soviet Union anyone. Are you kidding me. Turkey is not in EU but part of NATO. I guess you were just replying to tackle. If you read my first response. Putin will always attack Ukraine. Putin supported the rebel groups by sending soldiers in disguise. The main reason Ukraine wanted NATO. And it has not been approved, and Olaf claimed there was no plan to be approved. Russia invading Ukraine is never justified. You are free to let your hatred for US and West or your love for Donald Trump cloud your judgement. If it’s a war between RuSsia and US, or Russia vs UK or Russia vs France… I wouldn’t care and Russia will dare not but bullying a small country is bs! Only cowards does that. Putin is a coward, and anyone claiming he’s justified for attacking/bullying Ukraine is also a coward! |
