HighPriest0: I totally understand your frustration and sentiments bro. I was once in your shoes. but there's nothing you or Nigerian government can do about it. protesting would even worsen the whole issue.
My advice is if you can't wait... you follow the route other people follow (going to neighboring countries to do your interview)..
or you consider going to other countries.... there are some European countries whose schools have affordable tuition fees... example is Finnland. Some Finland schools their tuition ranges from 5000euro and above or even less..... Finland is one of the best countries in Europe to study... I have friends who left germany for Finnland.. and their doing fine.
another good thing about Finnland is after graduation... you can get permanent residency with any type of job be it cleaning job or professional...
unlike germany.... Interesting, are you sure about the bold part? |

You can if you have a residence permit/visa in the said country, and to be honest, it’s really easy that way.
However, you can’t apply for a visa in a country where you only have a tourist visa. In that case, you need to go back to your home country to apply. |

Please, I have a question. Is it possible to unlock/flash and set up an iPhone marked as lost on iCloud? A friend's iPhone 12 Pro was stolen, and I'm wondering if it will be possible for the thief to reset it.
The thief already tried sending a fake Apple link to get the Apple iCloud and password, but we did not click on the link and deleted the message. I'm just wondering if there could be a way for the thief to unlock this iPhone.
I already researched that this is impossible, but in Nigeria, anything is possible. |

Rosaline5000: It's started when I was 13, I matured early and I am kinda pretty so older men start coming even my Math teacher then in school, thank God my maturity came with sense and the fact I was a very curious child and i know right from little if i have sex with any guy I will get pregnant and my thought process then was my life could basically be finished.
It really helped that I read a book then called "Deep Regret" written by a 16 years old girl at the time, the book talked about teenage pregnancy, so I basically ignore all those old shameless men and tried to beat the writer's record of the youngest Nigeria Author Well I didn't but I learned a lot. Can you share the author’s name of the book “Deep Regret”? |

Travel › Re: See The Reason Why Brain Drain Will Continue In Nigeria by pseudonomer: 12:34pm On Apr 09, 2023 |
Rapmoney: In an article published on March, 30 2023 by eurostat, an official website of the European Union, the average hourly costs of labour in EU (European Union) countries in 2022 were reviewed. Bulgaria, with the lowest cost of labour per hour stood at 8 euros while Luxembourg with the highest stood at 51 euros.
Let's use the lowest European paying country for this analysis which is Bulgaria. If you work 40 hours per week in Bulagaria, (which shouldn't be lesser as a healthy person without disabilities) that is:
8 euros x 40 hours = NGN163,598 (8 euros = NGN4, 089.95)
Multiply that 40 hours by 4 which is four weeks in a month, that should be:
NGN163,598 x 4 = NGN654,392
This means that a Nigerian working in the poorest country among the EU countries can boast of a salary over 500k in a month converted to Nigerian Naira. Should we still make analysis on the highest EU paying country, Luxembourg? With this here, I don't think that will be necessary.
It is really a loss of human dignity to offer labour that will not change your living standard.

Cc: Seun, Lalasticlala, Mynd44, Nlfpmod Oga, this is before tax. The amount you’ll use for one-year house rent in Nigeria, you’ll use the same to pay for one month in Europe. |

DAVIDMOE: Though I'm not an expert in travel guide but having read some threads in this section, it will be difficult to settle legally without following study part. Even those who have work experience in good fields like tech may also need to have certain academic experience.
It's either you write new waec (with new age) then apply for jamb and acquire at least OND. then apply for either masters or degree. This way, you will have better options but it will take more time.
Note: anything like tourist visa will frustrate you since it will be difficult to change residence in most of the countries. OND is useless, better go for A’Level. |

Travel › Re: General German Work And Family Re-union Visa Enquiries by pseudonomer: 11:41am On Mar 14, 2023 |
jbonito: Actually checked and they have completely changed the language requirements. No exceptions are raised even for partners of blue card holders and citizens. This is baffling when you consider the fact that the German federal government announced plans last year to remove the German language requirement for family reunion to enhance immigration and encourage applicants. This is a legislation in preparation! By the way, partners of English speaking western countries do not have this requirement for family reunion, I guess they don’t need to understand German to reunite with their families. Hypocrites There should be an exception for partners of blue card holders. It is the main benefit of having a blue card. |
