B.Sc in Mathematical Science will be written on your certificate, so there's no indication Whether it's pure or applied. If you're sound in Further Mathematics, you should have A's in your 100L MTS Course. |

But B.Sc in Mathematical Science will be written on your certificate. Make sure you're sound in Mathematics... And don't joke with your MTS courses... If you don't want to spend extra years. MTS is one of the easiest dept in FUNAAB. Just Make sure you're sound in Mathematics, study like the way a normal student should, know how to answer questions, and be ready to know how to prove everything from if y = x^2, show thay y' = 2x. Don't get scared, don't follow the crowd. Know yourself |

COLENG cut-off maybe very high this year, because the bar has been raised... For example, Elect/Elect usually admits like 40-45 students, and you know the number of applicants. One good thing about FUNAAB, if you don't merit your first choice course, you maybe considered for another(less) course. One thing you should know is that everybody cannot be admitted. And don't be so curious about the release date, pray or let me say hope for goodluck. 1 Like |

You guys should learn to ignore insults by now. I was abused, some even tried to curse me because I said admission level standard for post-utme score was 40. Expect more insults, after the first batch list. Some people will come here to display how frustrated they're.. Like I'm one of the admission officers that refused them admission. Whatever your composite score is, Don't give anybody money for admission runs, #BEWARE OF SCAMMERS trying to take advantage of desperate aspirants. Ignore anybody claiming to be Mr. Badmus or any other name to help with admission and asked you to pay money Don't be a victim. |

oluwayimikagidi: Pls what does admission on merit means?Admission based on merit means admitting candidates strictly based on their merit no other strings attached. Standard universities all over the world doesn't admits all their students strictly based on merit, some admits on special sport talents, family background etc. The Ivy league universities may admit based on recommendation from one of their alumni, or if one of your parent is an alumni of the school. In Nigeria, if you're from an Educational less developed states(ELDS), you can be admitted based on that(it works well in UI) or if you're from the catchment area of the institution. So it's not really about "leg". |

orlamilekan37: The idea is meaningless,cuz most candidate wunt write there essay demselves... Most pple ask there uncle or aunt 2 write 4 dem..Because people do cheat a lot in JAMB UTME or O'level exams does not render the exams useless. FUNAAB can be very unpredictable these days. You may be asked some questions from your essay during the oral interview(after being recommended for admission), questions like, " what do you mean by "blah blah..." in your essay. |
