ideamaster: Yes. I use world remit to Nigeria once in a while. And I prefer to pay with POLi payments.
Most times, the recipient receives the money within 10 mins. Sometimes, it's takes up to an hour. But you shouldn't have any issues OK thanks. I use world remit often but I pay with credit card. I think they use POLi payment for large transactions. |

Has anyone used world remit or transferwise to send money (AUD 1000 and above) via PoliPay to Nigeria? Please let me know how long it took for the recipient to receive it. |

nnekaike: in my opinion the first thing when planning a wedding is budget, have a tight and firm budget and trust me you will get vendors who are good and will work with what you have.mainland is not bad,you will get good halls at cheaper rates. Thanks so much. |
Events › 2020 Wedding Planning by PurpleG(op): 10:35am On Dec 16, 2019 |
I'm planning my wedding that will take place next year. I just realised that weddings in Nigeria is quite expensive and I have been taken aback a few times just learning the cost of things. It's been very difficult getting a hall on the island around lekki for less than 2m naira. Both families stay on the island so it doesn't make sense going all the way to the mainland for the wedding. I'm looking for suggestions on good but fairly priced halls, decorations, aso oke vendor, caterers etc. Please kindly recommend vendors that you have used and are very reliable. If you are a 2020 bride, we can also plan together. |

shaydee234: A friend of mine is in a dilemma, she needs some clarifications. For those that have done medicals, Please does the medicals includes HIV test? if yes, what are the chances of being granted visa even if the result comes out?
Note: she's been positive for 9 years now, very healthy and on ARV drugs, plus, Her viral load is undetectable. Hi, HIV test isn't included for courses outside health sector. I can confirm that HIV and hep B tests are compulsory if she's coming to study Nursing. It was included in the tests I did in Nigeria when I went for medicals and I still had to do it again when I got here. |

To me it seems it's needed when you are returning to your job role on completion of overseas study or you will be seeking promotion...
How can an organisation predict their staffing for 2 years? How possible?
Which is more appropriate study leave or recommendation/reference letter?. I need a detailed response on this my people |

cheekynero: Just buy ghana must go bag and when you get to the airport, share your load into two. You are only allowed to carry two, each weighing about 23kg each or so I already have a full box and Ghana must go bag with hand luggage, most times when my siblings are travelling, we always had to remove somethings and re-arrange at the airport cause of extra luggage. |

Geetrix: Best you check your airline requirements...Different airlines have different allowances...eg Medview used to be 33kg last time i flew and i think Kenya airways was 18 or 20kg...Go to the airline website, rather than asking randomly when the answer is at your finger tips on google I know the allowance, all I need is the luggage scale |

UKmigrant: Ideal weight not exceeding 25kg per luggage, remember not to put any food items in your hand luggage.
I wish l had brought more dried fish, more ogbono, egusi crayfish, nigerian maggi, poundo yam, elubo
