And this is what I got after reporting. This Indrive is total rubbish. All their support staff are Indians who don't understand the Nigeria market.

I uninstalled Indrive and installed it back yet they wouldn't let me create or even log in with another phone number on the same device.

Please, anyone knows how I can get around this

The lady's only argument is that the trip is reading 0.00 because I wasn't taking her to her right destination which you and I know very well that it's a lie and that's what triggered me in all of this.

U know it was an error on her path, but u also have a blame cos u didn't confirm destination at PU point. she was directing u to d right address. It's not as if she wants to swindle u after taking her to her destination. The right thing to do is renegotiate a fair price to the right destination. If it doesn't work for u then u drop her and let her go. Cos in this case u haven't gone up to 2km yet.
There will be problem if u are asking her to pay the 5k by force, even if that's d right thing, ones fight enter u are now on d wrong side.
There is no app that will not block u ones u get physical with a rider irrespective of who is at fault.
But if u feel u are right and didn't do anything wrong, continue and repeat it with Bolt and Uber since u don't want to take advise.

She can't force u to take her to Ikeja on that price. Moreover, she has canceled the trip, therefore the thing that bind u guys together no longer exist. So what was d quarrel about? Jejelly drop her and move to d next trip. Not even in this season that it's riders that a begging and looking for drivers. Asking her to pay money will definitely cause argument cos u haven't gone far. This is one of the huge disadvantages of Indrive. No proper complaint channels. Ulno refunds from the app if rider refuses to pay and if u try to collect your money by force they block u.

My problem is not the payment, my problem is the act which is cancelling the ride and asking me to show her the price on the app. It made me look like a fool.

It's easier to create another Indrive account than on Bolt

This particular incident is different from what you are referring to. Some riders are so ignorant that they will pick the first address that pops up when they search instead of confirming that the address is the actual one they're going.

Some will be going to Aderemi Akeju and will either put only Aderemi or Akeju

So after reporting the incident to Indrive, this is what I got as a reward

This lady bit my finger yesterday at Yaba. She inputted Johnson Street, Onike and when I turned to Birrel Avenue, she shouted that she is going to Johnson Street, Ikeja and not Onike.

The price was 5k. So apparently she wanted to go to Johnson Street Ikeja, from Kufeji Street, Alagomeji-Yaba for 5k in this December.

Immediately she realised her mistake, she canceled the trip and started saying that the ride didn't read anything.

Before you know it, she started recording me as I was recording her, advancing towards me and when I tried to remove her hand from my face, she held my hand and bit me so hard that blood started gushing out. I had to take antibiotics so she doesn't infect me.

People gathered and supported her. I just licked the sand on the floor and told her that God will judge her action. I will post the video later when I'm done editing it

No engine smoking or ringing, no gear issue, just suspension issues only.

When I first started using my car, I was using Mobil 1. As it ages, it started shorting oil, so I switched to Total. I service my car monthly even without the check engine light coming up.

2006 Corolla. Bought Tokunbo in 2019 and still working fine with no major issues due to strong maintenance culture

I don't know which state you're in but currently in Lagos, 100k per day is the minimum and I use 18k fuel to net the 100k

I net a minimum of 100k per day after fuel and commission this season. So calculate the person's movements and check how much fuel that will cost, then add 100k to it. I personally will charge 150k for my peace of mind. This is so you are comfortable that no matter where they choose to go to, they cannot exhaust 50k fuel.

A guy wanted me to drive his car to the East with him and take a bus back to Lagos. I charged him 250k, 50k for my transportation and other logistics and 200k for my profit of 2 days. Although he didn't get back to me, but that's how I do my own calculation.

I could earn more working here with lower risk.

Who will pay that money? Yesterday, I had to confirm from a rider that they didn’t add a stop. Because, I couldn't believe Alagomeji to Ojuelegba could be 14200 on Uber.

I picked a closing ride yesterday at Surulere. As I was about to move, I noticed my tyre has gone flat.

I told the riders, about 4 of them, to give me few minutes to change to my spare tyre so we can continue the trip but they refused and asked that I should end the trip.

I ended the trip and the price was 4300. They all left and ordered another ride. As they were standing there waiting for their ride, I changed my spare tyre.

One of them came to give me something that looks like 1k when I was about to drive off but I rejected it. I guess they had to do that out of guilty conscience.

The way our riders treat us with zero consideration and compassion eeh. Only God knows how long it will take the next driver to get to them because there was serious traffic everywhere.

Who noticed that Bolt riders hardly keep one waiting for 10-15 minutes?

By the time you get to destination, rider isnt paying 4,130 shown on your dash board, what you're seeing there is your own.
Mind you, you'll eventually earn more than that if theres any level of delay or traffic on Uber, while it's fixed on indrive, with the traffic these days, I can never use Indrive during the day.

Bro, there's nothing to defend here. Uber price is the poorest in this season. QED.

Take away Indrive %11 commission, the net is still higher than what Uber would pay you.

Compare these two trips I did on Uber and Indrive today and tell me which is more profitable.

Uber = 43 mins, 26 secs, 18.47km and my net is 9709.

Indrive = 64 mins, 18.00km and my net is 17,495.11.

Please note that Indrive calculates the time from the pickup time to drop off. That's an airport trip, so paying for car park caused some delay.

See the last screenshot from Bolt. Uber will never pay you that. This is how these trips played out. Uber took me to international airport, Bolt took me from Ajao Estate to MM2 and Indrive took me from MM2 to Surulere.

In this surge era, Bolt price is better. Uber price has never been this bad in a festive period. The difference is significant.

This is Bolt and Uber prices from my house to Unilag Sports centre.

Bolt = 6500
Uber = 5100

You see that your net on Bolt is even higher than the gross on Uber.

The only incentive for using Uber this period is when you are chasing a quest that's 30k and above.

Those people seem to be Uber agents. Even the so called increment in a traffic is a hoax. Uber is a joke of an app. Most annoying with the worst prices ever. You hardly get a trip above 10k net on Uber.
