Le Ostrich: Don't be a f00l. The Ministry of Water Resources wasn't set up for mundane tasks as providing piped borne water but is more into ecological management and hydro-logical research of river bodies and lakes.
The Ministry's policy formulations affect both our diplomatic positions within the Niger Basin Authority, Flood mitigation and response, Energy, Agriculture, Health and Transport.
