I use to get extremely hot temper too but with a little understanding of anger management, am making progress understanding that you don't allow your temper take control of you for one has every will to claim control of his or her Emotion. At that state of anger you just want to win over ever arguement you're involve in with people around you. Even when you know you're on the wrong side of the fence with limited points to win. There are some few things i use to do such as;

* take in deep breaths slowly when angry.

*take a walk or fresh air away from the source of anger.

*listen to soft music or other genery of music i love.

*admit defeat even when i'm 100% right in an arguement to avoid getting angry to a breaking point.

*avoid raising my voice and selecting my words carefully when involve with another angry individual.

Those who stole billions of naira in this country, money meant for a major project that should have save lives are giving red caps or traditional turbans in their villages. While street thieves are always goryly made celebrities over night but only as they are lynch by angry mobs. It's time we channel that same energy at all those giant criminals in this country until then can we say jungle justice is worth it.

Chei! this is so sad that things are so bad in Nigeria that some Nigerians are wishing for the return of corrupt and incompetent administration? Its so sad that Nigerians did not have better options at the elections and had to chose between Buhari and Jonathan. Two people who could probably never win an election in most advanced countries in the world. Its like trying to pick between an E or an F in an exam.

Something needs to be done about how electoral process especially in the primaries. Instead of the party cabal picking the who determines to win the party nominee and represent them in the general elections let Nigerians go to the voting booth and decide. Let the people vote like they do in the U.S. Let them vote during the party primaries and during the general elections. In the U.S, 17 candidates decided to run for the Republican nomination and eventually after several months Donald Trump won the nominee and he went on to win the general elections. Party candidates ought to be picked by the people and not the party bosses.
