Don't think this scent leaf juice is a good idea, it lowers blood pressure & blood sugar so it may not be advisable for pregnancy. Try to ask a nurse or registered pharmacist around you, if not ask your doctor.
But some mama's have suggested raw pap as ladyrachy said, you can try those tips too.

Since I got preggy and entered second trimester vegetables starting purging me. Try eating bread or chew raw garri without water or sugar.bread works for me and I try to take little water pending when the stool becomes firm. Some mamas here suggested raw pap water and it works too. Sorry ma

my able cappo, I and lo are doing fine. we thank God for that. I am having sharp pain at my back close to the shoulder due to some heavy loads I carried earlier today. I can't move my left arm. pls is there anything I can do or take to relieve me of the pains am having?

Please don't be worried ma, Google says exactly what your sono has said and you can also confirm with your doc.. As your uterus moves up, the placenta also moves... Just ensure that you avoid anything stressful and avoid bending and lifting heavy items..

I had my 18 week scan on Monday, and the sonographer said my placenta is low lying but will move up as baby grows. Am worried. has anyone have this experience before?

Tecno Camon 12 does not support GCAM. Your stock cam can still deliver a good pics if utilized very well.
