My problem actually is when a guy buys something for a girl and still makes noise about it.
Now there are guys that have a policy of NEVER buying somethings for their woman, I think that's fine.
I however think if you don't belong in that category and your mumu reach to buy something for your woman you have relinquished all rights to it. It now belongs to her. Many guys have been manipulated by ladies because the guys are not bold enough to tell the ladies what they want. The truths are the following:

1. The primary need of males from females is sex.

2. The primary need of females from males is provision (of almost any kind).

Most of the time, ladies are not afraid to make their needs known. They will ask for your money, attentions, gifts, etc.

Unfortunately, many guys are not bold enough to ask ladies for sex which is all what they really want from the ladies.

Also, ladies are aware that more than 90% of guys talking to them want sex. It is just that most are afraid to express themselves. So, as long as the guys are not bold to ask for sex, they will continue to manipulate the guys for provisions. If you think about what you did, that lady that rejected you will not be bold enough to ask you for any provision or help in the future since she is not ready to give you what you want. It's a win-win for you brother.

You did the right thing by telling her your mind. The thing is: YOU NOW KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH HER.

4. Start talking and relating with prettier ladies. If possible, let her see you with them. That will make her jealous and she can start regretting rejecting you since you seems not to have been affected by her rejecting you. People here don't understand what we mean by Female Masculinity. Let me break it down...
What is Masculinity? It's what men are. Which is being Logical, The High Sex Drive, and Expressing Love Through Money. Basically this is what Masculinity is.
While femininity is the opposite. Femininity is being Emotional, Having a Low Sex Drive and Expressing love through Sex. Basically.

So when women enter their Masculine, they take over those traits that define men. They become logical, have a high sex drive and express love through money.

Media Detox To Help With Masculinity and Redpill

I want to share what I've been doing for some time. When you take the redpill, you realise the world is filled with a lot more lies and controlling mechanisms tailored to the naive man.

One thing I have done to unplug myself effectively is a media detox - purposefully choosing the content I consume. They fall within the following:

1. Movies/TV Shows

I started watching masculinity-themed movies and series. Sometimes movies say a lot more than words. If you're here and you watch too much RomCom, Disney, Happily Ever After or Stranger Finds Love movies, you'd slowly lose frame - there's a reason girls love those things a lot.

Instead, watch shows that portray men in their most traditional state. Fight Club, Shawshank Redemption, Mad Men, The Godfather are some good recommendations.


2. Social Media

This is in my opinion the most influential because it works very fast. A lady posts a picture, you can sight her boobs and start rationalising simping or worse you assume she's a quality lady - we've all been there but you don't have to remain there.

Uninstall Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok, if you know deep down you only use them to pleasure yourself/self-service to thirst traps - this is just as good as a woman holding you to her vagina except it's on your phone.


3. Books

Everyone of us here should have a physical or digital library of books in the manosphere, in addition to other books.

These books are unique because they'd tell you truths the people that claim to love you will never tell you. Any book that talks about harsh/observable reality like David Goggins Can't Hurt Me or Robert Greene's 48 Laws of Power works.

Remember to read with understanding and context before you start applying.


4. Music

If you check the verses of a lot of trendy songs these days, you'd find a line or more that goes against men becoming men.

A lot are too weak, extremely emotional and encourage victim mentality. Try using music as inspiration, you can even download trap beats and continue with your day.
