Oga Brabus.. I was taking this house to be Duplex..

Hajji Mufutau
Hajj, this oga Brabus is one smart dude! He did this to confuse the omo onile. They've been troubling us to pay another N150k for the decking. By making the parapet(spelling) he totally threw the omo onile into confusion. They are now wondering if the decking is just for some kind of massive water tank on top of a bungalow or if they should just go ahead and ask for roofing money!? I wish governor Fashola will do something about this.

To be honest. I don't know if to be happy or sad at first. Please remembered we did raft. This cost us a lot of unbudget cash. You should see my face when my account balance started to depleting at high millage (so to speak). Brabus is a professional and can immediately see a prospect progress while I'm just a learner can can see nothing but how fast the millions is going down. After about 8 days or so, all I kept asking him was " what did we do with the money" and quickly followed by "I don't see anything here!"

Lo and behold. ..that theme song quickly disappeared in the next 3 days. Why? Because all the blocks work you see in the pics was just 3 days. I can now see rooms, living room, kitchen etc.

Had Brabus didn't have no patients with me...hmmm...

Well, we thank God. Please all, allow me to use this media to apologize for my impatience to Brabus. Sorry o...my Oga at the top. ..it wasn't me ooo tongue....blame it of the bank teller for showing me the account balance every day I made withdrawals. grin

Brabus NG: APOLOGIES

While not shying away from the issues and problems on ground, I will like to apologize one again to everyone for falling short of your expectation on the chateau and other projects. I'll be back on this thread again to share the good news that all issues have been resolved.

Madam Gabby, DUNKA, esoorita, daroseconcept, Hajji, Neophyte-Mason, vimo3, love-tosin, dayoagboola, lawyer, gtrust, jaydacorsia, spyder880, diordavies, sagewood, kuntash, kopell, olubuffet, blank, blink32, seun, deebabe, Qc-1, segcy.moor, chekitaut, aventures, junapril, sandee575, helpee, ahonohia, TBrownauto, Demain-man, whitecat007, benimegou, oseun001, Jamesqu, Fhemmmy, rotecch77, borisgbenga, Wede3, Jussi, floridarcar, Degis, amicdan, Ricky_olu, eghosa_johnny, Timmi, orepe, Farm+, goride1, defashan, akeweje, raqueal, oilsubsidy, kolamilan, onuokwu and all other silent readers.

I'm very sorry.
I landed in Lagos on the night of Dec. 5th and waste no time to call Brabus the next day. Unfortunately for me, I couldn't follow this forum because I was busy packing for about a week and for that fact, I wasn't current about the issues on the ground.

Brabus was reluctant to pick up my calls at first because he thought I knew (about the issues). After couple of calls he now broke the news to me and encouraged me to go read about what's going on. Which I did. To me, this is what makes a difference between a man and a boy (the way you approach a problem and brake the bad news).

When I met Brabus for the first time, I immediately went straight to discuss the issues on the ground before I even talk about my project. During the conversation I was looking directly into his eyes and paying attentions to his body language details for the obvious reasons. Guys, let me tell you this! As humans, we shall always continue to learn till the end. Brabus must have learnt a lesson or two about the mishaps. I also told him he has to fight hard to get his hard earned reputation back. We both know that the only way to get it back is redeem himself through my project and simultaneously make other affected clients happy. Moreover, I kept telling him he has no other choice but to do exactly that!

There's a lot of stuff you guys need to see. Thank God there's also a lot of pics to share. It came to a point I almost wanted to opt out. Today. ..I give all glory to almighty God.

Thanks. ...keep reading.

BTW. ..Bos-man you don't owe me any apologies, at least. ..not yet. ..lol

I deliberately told Brabus not to post any pictures till we get to the advanced stages, moreover to clear what's on the air from other clients.

brabus: Dear Sirs and Madam,

I would like to express my deep regrets for falling short of your expectation and apologize for my actions. It was inappropriate, disrespectful and lacked the professionalism that you expect from me.

While I cannot alter what has transpired, I sincerely apologize for the shortcomings on this project.

Please bear with me. I have no intention of defrauding those who put food on my table. Not even at the tail end of the project.

Sincerely,

Brabus.

Please use this forum to address the issues. Thanks and God bless! I still hope to meet with you tomorrow though!

WHY can't the Aviation minister buy this model SUV from Innoson, or better yet, add another N.5m to make it bullet proof rather than paying N255m for the BMW? Who's kidding who? How many staffs from the Presidency or House of assembly is driving Innoson vehicles?

By the way, Innoson rocks! I just wish this policy will work for Nigerians rather than works for only the government to loot again as usual!?

Unfortunately for me, I won't be able to relocate as planned because I don't see myself taking BRT or paying 70% on my X6 for looters. I will try to sell it and but a customized Innoson SUV.

Please take this man approach and learn from it. Even when he was wrongfully accused, he was a gentle enough to calm down and explained himself vividly to the accuser (confusions). Y'all notice he didn't call him names or tribalize anything? He went further to show a pic of himself and reveal some background identities. This is what no money can buy...it's called "class!"
