There are other variables that make a complete infantry man, and that what the regulars in the army lacks!.

I have issues with the bolded. How can AK 47 be the best assault rifle out there when none of the developed countries including Russia that invented it have replaced it with more recent weapons? Even China that is it's major manufacturer adopted another assault rifle as the standard issue for its military.
We need to start telling ourselves the truth

Russia still make use of upgraded versions of Ak47, improved versions like Ak74 and new variants Ak103.
Most recent advanced assault rifles are all derivaties of the Ak47.

what all this civilians fail to understand is that a weapon is only as efficient as the person operating it.
And that ak kicks like a mule, hurts the shoulder but the stopping power is what it.

In the military it called critical hits Only special forces and sniper crew make such hit. Body parts like the neck, blood vessels etc The aim is to make the enemy suffer slow,bloody, and painful death. Sumtyms it a trap!

Tavors cant survive intense continous use such that it going to be subjected to in the frontline.
