^^^ Dapo777, Religion is just a sentimental and biased way of saying: "i don't know". For me, i'd rather strongly believe and say "i don't know", than accept a racist creation story of how the whole world is a product of one Jewish couple and their children. Utter balderdash! |
UrbanMystique: alfa is a satanistAn atheistic Satanist. |
Dapo777: Abi ooo,If we are to combine both dead and alive, people who don't believe in Jesus as the saviour, the number is overwhelming, atleast more than 10 trillion,Quite enormous! |
Let him be. |
Kendzyma: I wonder y tins on earth ar even found in heaven, must God use d precious stones we use on earth?must he use house/mansion??since its used by man on earth,i tink he should b more advanced dan dat,he shouldnt even use gate...dis realy Got me tinkin if man and God ar d same cous its obvious dey both av d same technolocal brain.,all dats found in heaven ar all wat d men in d olden days cherish,e.g,chariot, swords, shield, gold etc..so if d bible wer to b writin now, jet, iphone, computer, bazooka,ak 47 etc wunt b excludedYea Bruv! We can co-author our own Holy book. With the level of knowledge available to humanity now, we'd sure do a pretty job devoid of errors and contradictions. ![]() |
Dapo777: You haven't answered his question, what will happen to the over 4billion non Christians that dont believe in jesus christ at the last day?.I guess, by "over 4billion", you mean, those that are still alive? |
emmyskies: You live for yourself, neglecting your creator. Forgetting you're created for a sole purposeWhat should she do for the creator? lick his/her/their a$$? |
When we get to heaven, we'll be given a mansion, but can't sleep in the mansion. There'll be no day, no night. We won't get the chance to go to school, buy a car and even marry. We'd be busy singing and kneeling and bowing (sounds like punishment, yea) to Yahweh endlessly. The roads will be paved with gold. It becomes worthless, just like sands now, and nobody will be willing to buy. Yahweh has always been known to be such a dictator and sin-detector. Mehn, you'd be caged. But, in hell, there are no rules, no regulations. If i have a chance to choose, i'd choose hell. |
dhammyg: SO TYPING IN CAPS DOSEN'T SAY WELL ABOUT MEIt was an advice, not necessary a judgement. Cheers! |
Obalende: but mazaje you do agree on the concept of sin. I think humans can identify a sin... not in the threatening religious sense, but something you just know is morally wrong...It is a product of social conscience instilled into humans by the society such a person was bred in or currently resides. |
dhammyg: AN AZZHOLE LIKE JB DESERVES MORE THAN SLAPPINGCould you please stop typing in ALL CAPS? It's against internet etiquette and really does not say well about you... |
I am writing a book now, and in one of its pages i've inscribed that it's inspired by God 250years from now, it would have overtaken all contemporary world religions and their books.. ![]() |
@rationalmind, The opposite question to your number 1 question would be: ®The endless loop of Karma. Karma preaches "Justice", but this "justice" must be incomplete. e.g. If Elijah beheaded 400 humans(prophets of Baal), he'd have to reincarnate to get beheaded in order to pay for his atrocities. Whoever kills him, then needs another person to kill him too and so goes the balderdash. Who's gonna kill the last person? why? and who's gonna kill him(the killer)? |
Kendzyma: Elijah probably heard/withnessed a volcanic erruption consuming iz enemies, and den tot it waz frm god, dats y d bible dnt talk about volcanic erruption cous dey possibly dnt no anitin about it den.You even believe that Elijah bull-crap? That was simply a hallucination. |
rationalmind: I seem to agree with you. The law appears to either be overrated by its proponents or non-existent.The law is useless. Human beings always wish there's a way we can control/govern/influence the "luck" factor. Hence, the God/Karma concept! |
chrisviral: I'm happy when people like you call me names. What a needless boast! |
Bigotry! |
Karma is a religious attempt to explain the randomness of events in this Universe. The thing is, good and bad things happen to everybody. No god/law needed, just plain "luck". |
This is melodrama by this BH and their sponsors to deride Nigeria |
Onyegecha: I know that the only reason why anyone would be craving to be identified as a child of Abraham is that the fear carefully packaged inside the Bible has got a hold on them. If not, why would anyone desire to live like Israelites?Where is the famous milk and honey and of what use is it in the midst of so much chaos?Abraham ke? For me, i know no Abraham. Was he an African? |
SAMBARRY: To all the atheists this is what you should knowIronically, you shot yourself in the foot. It is theism that claims "God" created the universe out of "nothing". Evolution never said so. |
onitshaigbo: Where's Pagan9ja, who is always extolling how good pagan Asian countries are? Paganism is bad, mkay?Wetin concern religion for this matter now? ![]() |
clemmonce: I will post a video soon. someone was healed of cancer my pastor prayed for her and she went back to the hospital and the doctor told her there is no trace of cancer kn her breast again. I was amazed I had to beg our media department to give me the video. Repping Christ mission solution church.a.k.a Chapel of VictoryIt depends on the type of cancer and if your acclaimed testimony, sort of, happened. If it's the malignant type, tell the miracle recipient to better go back to the hospital for treatment or R.I.P in advance, sorry to say. |
The likes of Benny Hinn, et al, have proved to the world that "miracles" are just wishful thinking humans exhibit. The religious opportunists that abound in Nigeria capitalize on this to defraud the gullible. |
torchwave: Choice separates the righteous from the sinner and the fairness of God makes the both of us come into existence.Oh, so God is really not omniscient if He doesn't know my eternal destination. That is selective ignorance. |
torchwave: Moreover, God is not slack concerning His promises as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9).What's the essence of repentance when God already knows my eternal destination? |
BrotherJohn: Open comment to BraveGuy,Oh really, you encountered him? was he Caucasian, Mongolian or Ethiopian? |
baby124: Obun, first class mental issues. Why will you blame such on God. The bible says cleanliness is next to Godliness. This man must be very far from GodWhere is it stated in the Bible that "cleanliness is next to godliness"? Christians wanna attribute every morality and virtue to their middle-eastern religion. |
rationalmind: Lol, nice concept. Not sure it's gonna work though.Lol |
torchwave: If God did that would He still be known as a righteous and just Judge?Ofcourse, he's just and righteous, like the way he hardened Pharoah's heart and punished him for having a hardened heart. He(god) could still do the same to unbelievers. Just execute the eternal punishment right away, why waste time? |
emmyskies: "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap." (Galatians 6:7)Yeah, in line with the OP. Whatsoever a man soweth, that he shall also reap. Actually, there seems to be no sowing done by us here. God already knows that i'm doomed to hell, god is the sower. It is just like a pre-programmed algorithmic system. And inadvertently for us, god is supreme, His word is final. The logical thing to do is, "send to hell those who are meant for hell" and "teleport to heaven those who are meant for heaven". No need for judgement. Or is god not supreme again? is He anticipating objections? |
OP, i go with your number 1. and/or "a shabbily organised means of mental slavery and inferiority complex, for export use mainly" |
