Bros its so easy to lose weight outside Nigeria. Despite all my training and going to gym everyday in Nigeria, I was 110kg. Here I am 95kg and I dont even do anything else aside running . I cant wait to achieve my ultimate body form.

Yes also won one at CCHUB, can't think of any dos and don't other than coding. Mayne not stealing competitors code, never heard any strict rules

Airtable offers scripting, so you can make fetch calls to 3rd Party APIs
