An Isis suicide bomber who entered Turkey from Syria killed 10 foreigners when he exploded in a popular central Istanbul tourist area know as Sultanahmet Square.

The attacker has been identified as 28 year old Nabil Fadli, a Saudi Arabian born Syrian National.

According to witnesses, the blast shook buildings and was heard across the city, while images showed corpses and body parts strewn across the square, close to iconic sites, and also in a Blue Mosque.

Hello nairalanders, there is this set of guys now in town that I call "IBINU BOYS", but they are popularly called the "1 million boys". These guys are armed criminals numbering from 25 to 40.... They move together during odd hours, broke into peoples home, steal, rape, maim, and commits all sorts of atrocities. The have been known to be heartless with their modes of operation. For some days now, they have been terrorizing some parts of Badagry area(Lagos), and have everyone around now at alert. Anybody with any experience on this, please do share with us. The first day I received the message saying that I have successfully subscribed for MTN caller feel, my phone was not anyway close to me. Just like that, the charge was deducted from my units. Funny enough there was no direction on how to unsubscribe from the service. The next week I was charged again for the new week; as it is a weekly charge. This time I was told in the sms how to unsubscribe from the service, which I did without any delay. Just for me to make call the next minute and received another message and at the same time sub charged. This cycle has repeated for about 3 days before I decided to call MTN customer care. "I'll cancel it from here and it will never repeat again " came their replies. I have called them for 3 days now over the same matter. After each cancellation I make any call, it'll automatically renew. Last customer care rep I spoke with, admitted it was not Wat that dept can do. As she will have to refer my case to another dept and within 24hrs it will be done. It's now 48hrs and nothing has been done. This one is robbery o...

Just as the car is useful to users of motor vehicle, so is the hijab useful to its wearers. Saying 80% of suicide bombers are on hijab doesn't prove that the ban of hijab will end terrorism/suicide bombing. It also does not prove that hijab aid suicide bombing.

As for cars, the Abuja Police Headquarter suicide bombing(2012) was done with a car. The UN bombing also with a car. The recent Iyanya bombing in Abuja was also with a car. The bombs are transported through cars and other vehicles. Boko Haram move around with cars. So should usage of cars be banned?

A day later she called that they called that she should come and resume the next day, I made another flight booking for her. When I travelled for Christmas holiday I saw she was very happy but was surprised to hear that she was paid only forty thousand naira as her salary for the month. Last year when I moved to Lagos from where we were she left a job that pays her two hundred thousand naira plus car and driver on the reason that the family should stay tougher. This got me thinking that there must be other reason for the relocation. I got a call yesterday and I was asked why I left my wife to and work for her Politian ex boyfriend if am tired of the marriage. I called her to know the relationship she has with the man that gave her work she confirmed he is her ex boyfriend. I told her she can not marry two men at a time. she has chosen to be mistress to a politician she should pack out of my house.
She is begging that I should forgive her. my problem now is if she can do this when I can pay my bills comfortably, what will she do if situation changes tomorrow.

It is very despicable and detestable for Wike to undermine and bring the status and personality of a world reverred/acclaimed scholar like Prof Wole Soyinka to the mud, just because he is travelling on a vendetta journey. History will never be fair to him in this his callousness. It is very unimaginable that a person of his capacity is ridiculing one of the premier and best custodians of the citadel of learning in Nigeria just to achieve cheap political and malicious gains. When we talk about corruption in Nigeria, nobody seems to remember that corruption doesn't only happen in government, but in Nigerian companies. Corruption going on in the private sector is as huge as in government. I have had a case where a Nigerian bank stole my money by simply deleting the record of the inflow. It took the intervention of my contacts in high places to recover it. The bank later claimed it was a mistake and a senior staff apologized for their crime. Recently, I found out all the staffs involved in the failed theft are still working in that bank today, even got promoted!. These are people that were caught red-handed stealing a customer's money!.

Huge scams are being ran even by the phone networks and nobody seems to care.

On December 29th, I paid N7,000 to renew my spectranet 4LTE internet which normally will fetch 20GBs. They said they're running a double offer promo, meaning I would have 40GBs.

After paying, my modern suddenly went "No service". It's been three days now and no internet connection still. I have emailed their office repeatedly and all I get is "we're working on it". I've been to their office twice and was told they don't have any technical support person to attend to my case. Therefore, my money is gone and nothing can be done about it.

Unknown to them, I have other people using this network in my neighborhood, have investigated and found out they have no service at all in my area, yet they're still selling and collecting money from innocent Nigerians, whether or not they have service in your area or not. This is a crime!!.

As I speak, I'm browsing with a SIM card, which I don't normally use as they're too expensive and slow for my online class videos and YouTube.

Please let me know, if you're affected by this massive scam. I want Nigerians to know how ugly some of the companies operating in this country could be.

I have considered taking them to court or taking laws into my own hands. Getting a gun and walking into any of their office and shooting as many staffs as possible will help bring the government to knowledge of various scams being endured by Nigerians without any solution in sight. I believe it will also help Nigerian companies sit up.

I do not make threats of what I cannot do. We cannot all sit down and expect change, cause change doesn't come that way. Change comes by TAKING ACTION against something. I need to do something to help in the fight against corruption. I'll rather die than have a company scam me of my hard earned money.
