grodt999: NO, my monkey friend...everyone in Nigerian politics is indeed a CROOK! If you are not a crook, you are a supporter of crooks, for crooks and by crooks! I personally will not join ANY political parties in Nigeria because it is littered with crooks You cannot get a nomination to anything in Nigeria without some sort of crookery! No one will let you become a governor when they can nominate a crook for returns!
Go ask Chris Ngige what happened to him when he tried to renege on a crooked arrangement to make him Governor, he ended up becoming a crook himself just to blend in! The system is crooked on both sides of the isle! Every Governorship, presidency, local government chairman and councillor is controlled by a quota and a godfather, Buhari had to become crooked to get elected!!!
What a naive prat you are not to realize the obvious! oh, i don't need to ask him. you are saying the truth... since you were there and personally brokered all the deals and negotiations! bar-room deluded fuckwit! |

Obiano - like PeterObi before him - were already directors of financial institutions before becoming governors - you can tell from their tenures that they were already rich men and well-versed in administrative matters! |

ifeanyi83: So I take it you're an Architect also. So I expect you know better. I don't claim to know it all, but this one my brother, is way way below standards both in design and presentation. You know these things. And a point of correction, that one is registered doesn't make you a good architect, it only makes you eligible to practice. If you have time, please read about Demas Nwoko.

pring: As an architect, i will boldly tell u this is not done by an architect. This is wack. Master bedroom has no cross ventilation. Kitchen is on d opposite side of dinning. New designs comes with ante room No good home circulation. etc ante room is also a function of available landspace... and budget! don't you think? |

yissi: Good morning house!
We would be building a house starting from next week. This is the plan the architect drew for me for a four bedroom bungalow. This bungalow will serve as my main residential house.
As they say, two heads are better than one. I would like the house and experts to criticize this plan and offer their views and ideas.
Thanks I am not an architect, but as a design consultant - i think for a simple living situation, you should work towards something like this. Placing the build diagonally may/can create more flow/catch space for ventilation. A good architect can fine-tune for you with more details and technicalities.

Politics › Re: Why I Will Not Serve In Buhari’s Govt – Okonjo-iweala by Qualer: 10:04am On Sep 13, 2016 |
nobilis: This your response is part of what is the problem with Nigeria. Inability to separate your emotions and sentiments from reality.
I neither hate nor love Okonjo-Iweala. The questions I asked are valid questions any right-thinking Nigerian should be asking.
But obviously, we are so shallow-minded that we fail to hold our leaders, both past and present, accountable for their actions. We are so petty that we wear our emotions and sentiments on our sleeves and allow our politicians to sway us by mere words.
Well, we get the leaders we deserve sha. you get the leaders you deserve because people like you are quite daft and out of it. If you were not shallow minded and had the ability to do some little research, you wouldn't need to ask the stuppid questions you were asking in the first place! |

oloriooko: 1. The slow poke forgot he actually paved way for corruption in Nigeria when he terminated a democratically elected government in 1984 2. He plunged the economy into the state of shock it's in now when the clueless slow poke went globe trotting instead of getting down to work, well, he never had any plan to improve the economy though 3. His age is telling on his ability to brainstorm cuz he's almost crossing to the other side SMH

Stoical: I am sorry for the "fictitious" lady. I hope not to sound so deviating but I feel the story has a bit of contradiction earlier, which made me discontinue reading the rest...
My hardworking lady in the post once said, she no longer had any savings due to her brother's misbehaviour and later in another rejoinder, that she is saving money for her upcoming wedding/supporting her fiance to rent their house and also to help fix her parent's house...
I found it difficult to marry these two statements...just saying/thinking outta the box.

TooNoisy: Chai, my heart aches for this country.
The guy gives you 1,000 naira vegetable oil and then goes to steal hundreds of millions that belong to you. Please tell me how that is good.
Was he elected to donate rams or to enact laws that will better the lives of his people? Amaechi said it all, the reasons politicians steal is because the people don't stone them; rather Nigerians praise politicians for stealing. You can see it on this thread already. please, what date are we fixing for our wedding already? i dey wait o!

If the likes of Adeosun, Enelamah, Ngige and mama Taraba were all doing their jobs well, we wouldn't need these useless scams you call programs.
