YoungSoldier: Praise be to Allaah and blessings of Allaah be upon His Messenger and Chosen Prophet.
Some Muslims have lost their faith in Allaah, because Donald Trump is the new USA President due to the bad statements he uttered about Islaam and Muslims.
Some of the bad statements are; closing down the Mosques because of terrorists attack.
Giving American Muslims special data base in order to control terrorism and he sees Mosque as the hideout for terrorists.
My question to those Muslims who have lost their faith by fearing Donald Trump, is that, is Donald Trump more wicked than Fir'awn, Aboo Lahab or Aboo Jahl?
If you are truly a faithful Muslim you don't need to fear Donald Trump for his bad agenda against Islaam beecause it is Allaah Who safeguards His religion not us.
Allaah says: It is only Shaytaan that causes you to fear from his friends, but do not fear them, and fear Me if you are believers. (Sooratu Aali-Imraan verse 175).
Besides if America is no longer a better place, migrate to where you can practise your religion with calmness since America is not a Paradise.
During the time of Prophet Muhammad, Allaah told him to leave Makkah, where he was born, due to the affliction on him by the Unbelievers, and he went to Madinah where he was welcomed.
The worst part of it is that, many people wish Hillary Clinton, a woman to become President of America, as if her victory will favour Islaam. What a wrong thought!
It is clearly indicated by the hadeeth of Aboo Bakrah who said that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) heard that the Persians had appointed the daughter of Chosroes as their queen, he said:
“No people who appoint a woman as their leader will ever prosper.” (Reported by Al-Bukhaari, 13/53).
My advice for the Muslims, who are worried about the election victory of Donald Trump, is to rely on Allaah and focus on their religion.
Allaah’s help to the Muslims against their disbelieving enemies who wage war on them is something real and true.
Almighty Allaah has promised that to the believers, and has told them that it is near, and that He only delays it for certain significant reasons.
The one who has strong faith and true certainty will realise that it is indeed near as the Lord, may He be exalted, has told us.
The help of Allaah that is near is not for everyone who claims to believe or claims to be a Muslim; rather it is only for those who truly believe in their hearts and carry out their duties as enjoined by Islaam.
May Almighty Allaah keep us safe and sound from worries and to relieve us of distress and anxiety, for He is the All-Hearing, Ever-Responsive, and He is the Ever-Living, Eternal.
America is not the only country in the world. Look at what Muslims are doing in Nigeria . The sake Muslims are the one doing them selves.
(CNN) — Donald Trump exceeded expectations, but Hillary Clinton won the second presidential debate, according to a CNN / ORC poll of debate watchers. The results showed a clear victory for Clinton, with 57% saying Clinton won, as opposed to 34% for Trump.
It's a strong showing for Clinton, but not as good as her performance at the first presidential debate, when 62% of debate watchers said she won.
The results Sunday also track closely with watchers' pre-debate preference. Fifty-eight percent of debate watchers said they were supporting Clinton before the debate.
mikemikoo2: Hello all. I had to create a new account for this just so I wont get laughed at. Ive been battling with body odour for about 2 years now. It has defied all physical measures such as hygiene and deodorants. Ive tried damn near all deodorants I can find in the store. Ive also tried things like lime, lemon, vinegar, baking soda and the likes. I dont even perspire much but when I put on any anti perspirant, I get smelly in no time without sweating. I think the culprit is my underarm but I shave all the time and wash up properly. I went to the hospital and took blood tests and everything came out normal.
I have decided to try traditional means such as iya alagbon and the likes as I hear some of them are very good. Please help recommend any solution apart from hygiene and shaving. Please I beg, this thing has put my life on a stand still as I cant mingle and move about freely without people rubbing their noses and making faces at me. It has made me suicidal. Who wouldve thought id end up with such issues?
Also please if u know any good traditional specialist in things like this, kindly let me know. Im in lagos.
Lalasticlala kindly move this to the front page so I can get varied suggestions please or else I just might end up as the next rip on social media. These days I am sad all the time and find it very hard to go out. Thanks for ur help

It was high noon on a hot day. Jesus, tired from traveling, chose a sensible rest stop—Jacob's well outside the town of Sychar—while waiting for his disciples to go into town for food. When our unnamed woman appeared with clay jar in hand, Jesus made a simple request: "Will you give me a drink?" (John 4:7). Uh-oh. (1) Jews weren't supposed to speak to Samaritans. (2) Men weren't permitted to address women without their husbands present. And (3) rabbis had no business speaking to shady ladies such as this one. Jesus was willing to toss out the rules, but our woman at the well wasn't. "You are a Jew and I am a Samaritan woman," she reminded him. "How can you ask me for a drink?" (John 4:9).
EVEN JESUS DRANK WATER FROM A SAMARITAN WOMAN. BACK IN THE DAY WHEN JEWS AND SAMARITANS WERE ENEMIES AND WITH OPPOSITE RELIGION

PassingShot: You'd think being educated translates to being well informed. Unfortunately the first doesn't guarantee the later. Anyone who keeps saying we should stop blaming GEJ is being economical with the truth. The truth is GEJ wrecked Nigeria with his handling of the economy. He didn't have to blame anyone before him because NO ONE ELSE had been so clueless, dull and Ineffectual as himself.
If we still have any truly sane man doubting that Nigeria would have been long grounded had GEJ managed to rig himself in, such person needs to be constantly reminded where the Ineffectual Buffoon left us: 1. The IB was already borrowing to pay salaries when crude was selling at $75 per barrel. At $40 per barrel, what miracle will he have done?
2. The paper Economist, who supervised crashing of the economy clearly stated that Nigerians should brace up for tough times ahead the moment crude fell to around $65 per barrel. Does tough times mean merry making times at $40 per barrel?
3. Despite earning unprecedented amounts from crude, the IB couldn't grow our reserves but even embezzled what he met.
4. About 28 of 36 States were owing their workers for up to eight months in some cases and there was already hunger in the land. Why didn't GEJ bail them out? Had Buhari not come to intervene just about three months into his tenure, what would have happened to those workers then?
Recently, the Gele woman who couldn't choose to resign to protect her name, revealed in a well publicized video that GEJ had zero will to save. Where there's shame, she will apologize to Nigerians for wasting our resources in times of abundance.
Nigerians indeed lack capacity for critical thinking. And it's the reason we will continue to be taken for a ride by the looters. We see those who genuinely are working for our betterment as enemies while blindly praising the real enemies as benefactors just because of crumbs of today. This is indeed very shameful!
Just to let you know that economist is a british magazine and it will never have nigerias interest at heart. They will argue for you to devalue the naira to 1$ to 1000N and the next minute they will say nigeria in woes.
Just become a white man wrote doesnt mean it is 100% truth
uyi26: Many people don’t seem to realize the benefit of legalizing guns in Nigeria. They think of the disadvantages alone, not the advantages. Why are we narrow-mindedly opinionated about this issue?
1. Men go into a house to rape a defenseless girl. Would they try that if they knew she’s armed with a gun? Rapists want to rape and live, not to rape and die.
2. Many aged parents still cry days and nights, while their broken souls plead for vengeance. Their innocent children were killed in Jos and elsewhere while they were serving their fatherland.
3. In Nigeria, most criminals want to do bad things to people and go scot-free. If they knew people had guns as well, they would think twice.
4. I must be blunt, what gives most criminals the gut to attack people is because people are defenseless. If 20 assassins go to a man’s house, they’ll kill him. But the man can kill up to 3 of them before he dies. This is better than when the man is killed without being able to kill anyone in return.
5. One-Chance, terrorists, herdsmen, militants, money ritualists, armed robbers, thugs, bullies, etc., are able to go away unscathed in most cases because their victims don’t have guns. To be frank, those who attack you have power over you only because they’re armed and you’re not.
6. If most members communities have guns in their hands, do you think armed robbers would like to go to their lion’s den to molest them?
7. Militants that terrorize communities would be afraid to do so; unless they’re going on suicide missions. The same is true of mad Jihadists. No mad or rabid dog would deliberately run into a burning fire.
8. Domestic violence would cease…. A corrupt cop would cease pointing their gun to a poor and helpless okada rider because of N100.
9. Lazy thugs that collect money they don’t work for would think twice before they start cursing or threatening their victims, ordering for money they don’t work for.
10. It’s true, many people would die. But the remaining people alive would sit right. They would show respect for one another. Politeness would prevail and crimes would be reduced to almost zero. Isn’t there any sense in this?
P.S Seun please tell your mods to move this to the front page.
Can't work in naija. Ppl r mentally unstable and 2 aggressive. Even without guns Ppl die daily. Fight every where .

While Nigeria is languishing with 0 medals with over 150 million population sEE WAT OTHER COUNTRIES ARE DOING
Rio Olympics 2016 medals value So the cash prize awarded to athletes are different from country to country and the usual big guns like United States only offer around $25,000 for winning the gold, $15,000 for silver and $10,000 for Bronze while Azerbaijan award $510,000 to the winner of gold, $255,000 for silver and $130,000 for bronze.
But you have to take into account that athletes who wins Gold for USA, UK, Australia etc can hit a jackpot in terms of endorsement deals which can be much more cash rewarding compared to just the one off payment. Before we explain which federations pays the most we take a look at how much the Olympic medals are worth ?
Value of Summer Olympics Medals:
Gold: $600 (The gold medal consist of just 1% of actual gold, 92.5% silver and 6.16% copper). Silver: $325 (While in silver medal, the gold is replaced by more copper rest meterial is the same like gold medal) Bronze: $3 (Bronze medal however is 97% copper and 2.5% zinc and 0.5% tin) Thats the actual worth of raw material used in the medal but of course if athletes were to sell/auction their medals they will get alot more than just the face value of material. Cash Money Rewards for Olympic Medalists:

Most of the countries award lump sum payments but some countries like Philippines and Thailand award cash prized which are staple income over 20 years. Only a handful of countries ward cash prized to silver and bronze medalists while most federations only award prized for gold winners.
