As with most things in Nigeria, I think the number one health mistake is not having money - or health insurance.

But another very important point - the body is designed to heal itself. If you keep running to doctors they'd keep finding and treating issues that'd have cleared by themselves - or that were never there in any meaningful way in the first place. Our past generations survived without constantly running to doctors.

Igbo logic goes like this.

1) They are the only ones who should support Igbo candidate while you don't have the right to support your own candidates. If you chose not to support their candidate, the accuse you of tribalism
2) Anytime Peter Obi wins anywhere, then the election is free. If Peter Obi is defeated in any polling unit then the election in that unit was rigged.
3) If Peter Obi loses election, then they start attacking Nigeria.
