Nigerian governmental agencies sef And some people actually liked this comment! Do you think the drug lords will be so dumb as to come back there, didn't it occur to you that they'll have spies in the village and some of the labourers on the farm will be from the village. Do you think they will leave a farm worth millions without surveillance of their own. The way some ppl think |

Irishrena1: I guess these people do not know that we are JUSTIFIED by faith (GOD'S RIGHTEOUSNESS through faith in the finished work of Christ which is the gospel,) and not by WORKS (OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS aka our good wotks), for...our righteousness is like a filthy rag before God and without faith it is impossible to please God. If he is doing all these with the belief that Christ is his sole ticket to cross the gate of heaven, then that's perfect. But if he's doing this with the belief that his good works are the things that will buy him that ticket that he so desires then he's getting it all mixed up because his good works serve as the treasures he lays up in heaven and not his ticket to heaven. Paul said that if we say that salvation is by works and not by grace, then Christ died in vain. Another portion in the bible says....not by works of righteousness lest any man should BOAST but that it is the gift of God.... God bless you my sister, you couldn't have said it better. 1000 likes for your comment |
Christianity Etc › Re: How God Used My Premature Baby (5 Months, 2 Weeks; 790grams) To Bring Me Closer by quintybabe(f): 8:53pm On Sep 10, 2016 |
Seun: This is a heartwarming story.
However, I think Mr Osaghae should highlight the role that the baby's mother and the German hospital he was fortunate to have access to, played in his daughter's survival. Otherwise, some unfortunate lady reading this will think she can deliver a 3.5 month premature baby in a typical Nigerian hospital, pray on the baby, and expect everything to be alright.
Every time we give glory to God instead of highlighting the actual reasons why good things happened to us, we miss an opportunity to teach others the actual things they need to do to make the same good things happen to them. This is one of the things holding back our potentially great nation in my view. Nawa for you Mr Seun! Are you now claiming that it's the hospital facilities or the doctors that heal the little girl. I understand your viewpoint because you are an atheist but whether you acknowledge it or not God is real and nothing can change that but I pray God will reveal himself to you. |

kaycito: Hello if you will judging people's realness for their comments on an internet platform you are probably making a huge misjudgment, nobody can be a gentleman always likewise nobody has the monopoly of civility, i said it was a strong response there was even any thing insulting aside the first three words and really if you feel you have the moral compass for civility maybe i would come learn from you. have a nice day Am sorry if I sounded self righteous and judgemental, please don't misunderstand me that wasn't my intention at all. |

You expect me to believe that when you still use the word sillyPeople tends to be polite when they are having conversatIon with people they can see but the real you is who you are when no one is watching. So dear sir, you can't claim to be civil when your comment says otherwise. The real you is what you show people most especially on a platform like this where we are all hidding behind a moniker. All am saying is, as a gentleman that you say you are let your conduct at all time, prove that you truely are under whatsoever circumstances, Please refrain from making invidious statement. Thanks |

kaycito: What an idiot. How many of other Nigerian tribes go to other places and work off their socks like igbos do? Do you think people are made permanet secs on charity? Ask yourself how many years that Igbo man has stayed in Ogun and how much he has contributed to their state and you wont make idiotic comments like this, Igbos work and earn themselves respect and honour where ever they are, other tribes should watch and learn. For Christ sake can't you be civil when responding to comment, the man merely pointed out that things like this rarely happen in the east and you started insulting. Isn't education suppose to bring about positive behavioural change in people who passes through the system but when I read comments like yours on nairaland I have come to realise that most graduates are just certified in learning and not character. Why should it be difficult for you to air your view without resulting in the use of derogatory words |

Romance › Re: After Several Abortions He Wants To Leave, I'd Rather Kill Us Both. by quintybabe(f): 10:22pm On Aug 29, 2016 |
niyi123: Well, I am entitle to my opinion, but mind you stupidity has no other name than what it is. Ladies are always at the receiving end, why must one allow herself to be used by someone for selfish interest and at the end of the day, you will be crying foul. The part u said virginity doesn't guarantee good home is so annoying hearing such because non virgin doesn't guarantee good home neither. But mind you, a lady that dignifies herself is more honorable because there is no fear of her going back to her exes because many married men and women will always remain a cheat whether married or not, Because a guy or a lady that has had more than one sex partner may not be contended with one after being married, this is as a result of we all have our own uniqueness in such a way that what A does better B might not and vice verse and the gap may always make one to look back.
Finally, I don't think as a man I will marry my desire girl and she will end up cheating, how could it possible? when I know I am a man both in and out. by attending to her emotional, financial and physical need. Also, some married women cheat not because they want to but there partners are the cause, how? when a man busy servicing another lady outside and denied her wife in bed such a thing is likely to happen.
For instance, a story of married man that was reported to have died in her girlfriend house yesterday, assuming he is not dead, on getting home his wife needs him sexually and because he had just exhausted himself someone, he couldn't perform to the optimal or he might even deny her, and if this is persisted, the woman who might have known what is always the cause. Such a woman may be tempted to always look for alternative to satisfy her needs. I can settle for less. Being a virgin is more dignifying and honorable both morally and religiosly Nothing guarantee good marriage and a happy home expect when both partner follow biblical principle and lay it foundation on Christ Jesus, learn to live in love and tolerate each other. My brother it's not all about how much attention you give to your wife, some get all that and still misbehave because the fear of God isn't in them. God had already laid down a guideline to choosing a partner, follow it and you won't have a problem, mind you I didn't say there won't be challenges, there will definitely be but with love, unity and Crist as your rock, you'llovercome all hurdles and come out victorious. My apologies if you ain't a Christian. |

cstr15: Sorry, no excuse for stupidity. If I had a daughter that stupid, I would disown her straight. Not wasting my time trying to comfort an idiot who obviously wasted the money I spent in educating her. Even a 16 year old child knows that you use condoms in pre-marital relationships when pregnancy is more or less a nuisance, or better still keep your legs closed- women don't breathe through their legs. Nor am I saying she has any excuse for her action but that doesn't make it the end of her life either, she can still achieve great things and live a good life and God can still use her for gullible girls who doesn't know any better. All she need do is go back to God, confess her sins and he will remold and rebrand her. One more thing, if you ever have a daughter that acted that way, please don't disown her but rather bring her to the knowledge of the word of God and you will be surprise at the potentialsthat lies within her, people just Need a bit of love and right counsel in the right direction. |

niyi123: That is what always disqualified most of the girls that have met Disqualify you say! And what qualifies you to want to marry a virgin? And does marrying a virgin guarantees a happy home or ability to give birth? Meanwhile the fact that a woman marries as a virgin doesn't mean she can't cheat on you later, in fact it's something to watch out for if you marry one because most of them end up feeling they need more sexual experience My dear brother, pray for a good wife and life a good life yourself cause what you want for might not actually be what you need. |

cstr15: There must be a direct link between oestrogen and stupidity. This was how one lady too wanted to kill herself over one of my bad as$ cousin after the nigga has bleeped and aborted the shitt out of her. C'mon, even if you are a whoree atleast have common sense . Only an idiott would marry a lady who aborts like a fish regardless of who owns the pregnancy. Human beings are not that selfless. What goes around comes around, you know. It just a pity that daughter doesn't tell their dad about abortion . Be careful how you treat others!

Ada9103: What generation are you coming from DADDY That's the mistake most people make, you think marriage is all about procreation but it's not. Marriage is mainly about companionship before anything else, the reason why God created woman was because he didn't want man to be alone, children are just fruit of marriage and not the purpose of marriage. This misplaced priority is one of the reason marriages are breaking, if a woman isn't pregnant after 6 month, the family will start asking question and put unnecessarily stress on the couple. Also women tends to careless about their husband after having children. Your partner comes first, that's the way God design marriage |

lawnreigh: Its not a matter of being tribalist, its all about choice come to think of it, Igbo ladies are into Igbo guys because they feel they ain't romantic and too domineering, so you expect Yoruba ladies to enter what their own is rejecting. Tufiakwu And may I ask dear sir, is the percentage of igbo that marry Yoruba greater than the percentage of Yoruba that marry themselves? So how can you claim Yoruba prefer Igbos than themselves. People generally prefer to marry their tribe because of people like you who see tribe first before you see an individual. Please if you ain't comfortable with marrying other tribes, then let others who sees it as nothing to has they wish. After all non of us was given the choice to choose the tribe we want to belong as babies in our mother's womb. |
