It’s PPR guys!!
SOWP application was initially submitted in July, but was withdrawn due to personal reasons. It was resubmitted Dec 2 and approved Dec 13. It was really unexpected to be that fast.
Thank God |

Hi, to do Uber in BC, you must have a valid BC drivers license. Your car model would be at least 2016 too. To be a fitness trainer, you have to take be certified. Also, your 20hrs work restriction might hinder you. I’m not trying to discourage you… just wanted you to be aware! Regardless, it is possible! dtrixna01: Hell, I’m a lady, I’ll be arriving Vancouver in May. I have my drivers license and I also drive for Uber here in Nigeria. Was hoping to do Uber over there too with my personal car (I’ll be getting a car since I’m selling my car here) since I know how it works. Can we link up for this business ? I’m also a fitness trainer so no job wey I no fit do 🙂 |

Here is my Timeline
1st time applicant Applied for MBA at UCW, Vancouver Application submitted on 26th Feb, 2022. Upfront medicals passed 27th March, then the long wait started. When my application exceeded normal processing time, I started bombarding IRCC with emails and I sent 2 webforms. But I didn’t get a response. I was so sad so I requested for my GCMS notes in May and got it by end of June. Before my GCMS came, I contacted MP and the MP said everything was passed except my Eligibility. My GCMS stated my eligibility was in “REVIEW REQUIRED” since April 23, and it was already end of June and nothing changed. I decided to order another GCMS note in first week of July. I also sent emails and webforms but I didn’t hear from IRCC again. I decided to contact MP again in first week of August(last week Friday), and MP told me my application is still on “REVIEW REQUIRED”. Mehn I was devastated but I kept my hopes high. I prayed and fasted, and fast forward today (AUG 12) I got my PPR! God did it!!!
Documents submitted All IMM forms Tuition payment receipt 7 bank statements-mbs, bank reference letter 3 Land prosperity documents Affidavit from both sponsors- parents Sop LOE- lump sum Employment letter, Reference Letter from work, payslip, recommendation letter from work (applicant) Sponsors employment letters and promotions letters (no pay slip) Sponsors House rent receipts Work I’d card for all.
Can’t remember all because I used an agent.
Thank you all for the congratulatory messages. I pray those that are still expecting PPR will receive it very soon IJN.
Special thanks to @Anon123 @Lekkiboboe and @showyoung for answering my questions and guiding me when I needed help. |

rebecausoro: Is there anyone scheduled for medicals this week that can swap or exchange their slots even if for a little price? I have a friend who needs to do his requested medicals this week. Preferably QLife, but I don't think my friend cares at this point. Hi, I think you should reach out to @gaeul and see if you can work things out concerning swapping of dates for medicals.

Pat978: Hi Anon123, I recently sent emails to these emails you sent me above and it said “SUSPICIOUS MESSAGE” should I be concerned?? Or does it say this for everyone who sends an email to them? I guess this happens when you send the same email content so many times. I’d advise you rephrase the content of your email and change your subject and see how it goes. |

PasqualO: Good morning all...... I mailed my MP yesterday, this was the response I got from him few hours ago.. (check attached pic). Please I have 2 questions.. 1. Please can someone explain what he means by my eligibility being a recommended pass...
2. If ones gets a medical request, can the person just walk in to either IOM or Qlife for the medical or must it be booked also?
Thanks as I await your replies.. Hi This is a positive sign. The best thing you can do is to book your upfront medicals now. Congratulations awaits you |
