Guys u are allowed to withdraw all your money if u want to. The error that usually comes up is if u try to withdraw and leave a balance below 5k.
If for instance u have 10,000.26 and u try to withdraw 10,000 only, u will get an error message but if you withdraw the entire amount including the decimals it will go through and your account will have a zero balance and it doesn't mean u can't subscribe again if you want to. 5k is their minimum balance that can yield interest. That's just what they are trying to tell you.

Hello house, please i am about statting the whole Australian PR process, we're finking hubby should be the PA, he has OND Accountancy and BSc Accounting also taking his proffesional exam CITN with over 8yrs experience as a tax accountant, I on the other hand has BSc Sociology and currently doing my MBA.

Also I noticed Friday's interest is usually not added until late on Monday along side the weekend interest which is usually lower than expected. I still maintain that stanbic is better

Should I trust Stanbic IBTC with my money if they keep making silly mistakes like this

1. I paid some money into my money market fund and they posted it twice in error. Almost three weeks later they have still not been able to do a reconciliation and correct the issue

2. I moved some money between mutual funds , from bond fund to guaranteed last week monday, 8 working days after, they have not credit the guaranteed with the money but they have taken the money out of the bond ( different money from the one above)

I have sent emails which they have not responded to , I am not sure if i have to go to their office

Trust me is better u go to their office for issue number 2. I had same issue some time ago and they didn't respond to any of the emails and calls till I went to their office. For number 1, I hope it's earning interest, if it is don't even disturb your self. And trust me I still feel stanbic is better than axamasard if u are thinking of switching. Coz I have both

Had my interview last month and was placed on AP(abj embassy) my interview went well and the VO collected my passport. A week after while tracking my passport my satus changed from AP to Refused.

Hence,I got my passport at Dhl office(VI) a week after, they attached two slips paper:
1. Pink deny paper 214b
2. Section 212(a)(6)(C)(I)-for fraud and misrepresentation of material fact. With a pen indicating FAKE BANK DOCUMENTS


I later confirmed from my uncle the bank statement was not genuine that he paid someone to arrange it,from recent trends here I want to confirm how I will know if am banned already,coz the slips they gave me didn’t indicate the years I duration for my ban,how will I get to know if I am ban and how soon can I reapply ?

Please great gurus in the house,kindly assist with legit info ?

I just got off the phone and the representative said I should log on to stanbicibtcfundsmanagement.com
I got a response to the email I sent earlier almost immediately too .and it says I don’t have a security question yet and I should log on to the same website to set it.
There’s nothing on that web page .
