Wow if our car no get woofers wetin we gain ? I'll insist then on the ML equipped Es. Thanks bro!

But why do cars choose which trim to equip with premium packages? Nissan don't do like that! It's unfair. Like my Toyota Avalon XL doesn't have that full package and I regret it everyday!
You need the XLS for that

Good one MMA queen, but have you thought of taking it further by giving reasonable credit facilities to uber & taxify drivers, for car repairs, I think you should be able to work out something with uber/taxify. For instance your company could grant N100K credit line for each uber/taxify driver, which must be settled within 5 months. Uber/taxify would for interested partners/drivers reflect 20k negative balance every start of the month in the drivers app, and remit the money owed to your company over a period of 5 months or less. Everybody wins partners are sure that genuine parts are installed given the car better mileage on the road & thus avoiding downtime, uber/taxify are happy as more cars are on the road, riders are happy as the issue of cars breaking down on trips becomes a thing of the past; partners are happy as cost of maintenance is spread out and more manageable with the added bonus of top notch warranty, drivers on hire purchase can meet their targets, your company radautoworks/carquest would see reduced inventory holding cost, your staff's would have little idle time. In short everybody is a Winner!.
In theory, I like the idea. In practice, it's a resounding NO. even for fleet clients, it would take a year of good transactions to even consider credit lines. We had something similar in one of my other companies. Never again. And that was with the big oil companies!
Best I can do is come up with an inclusive package as above so at least drivers don't have to worry about routine costs but once a year....

Why uber drivers only. Just so u know,Taxify has more cars
Thanks for the feedback. That is somewhere along the range I was considering. Just needed more feedback (especially about the most commonly used vehicles for Uber). I should have said emailing but didn't see Taxify in thread title. Applies to them too.

After stumbling on this thread and reading about some of your challenges, I wanted to know if you guys would be interested in some sort of annual maintenance package for your cars. Maybe something like 6 oil changes, wiper blades, a brake pad change and fluids for your vehicle for one flat annual price? How much do you think would be fair/affordable for something like this you in your line? Do the math and let me know what you think and if it gains traction, I'll make it happen for Uber drivers only. When you have maintenance you just make an appointment and done.

Please the guys that use extended performance, is it the same normal filter that you use for 15k miles? Or do you change the filter at 5k intervals? (Is this even advisable?)

To my understanding the extended performance require an extended performance oil filter
Need to change filter or use extended performance filters. Personally I'd rather just change the regular filter.

Ummm....I thought about it for a moment. Tons of people have suggested that.
But I would need to get a doctorate..not sure I want to commit to 4 more years for something I'm not passionate about (on that level).
Doctorates can help or hurt certain careers..
I'm looking at possible options that have little to do with education at the moment...so we'll see.
Not necessarily. I taught at the University of Texas school of public health with a Masters. You'll just be restricted to entry and leveling courses and won't be able to get tenure. Personally though, I preferred teaching high school to grad school.

Thanks...my sisters all say that teaching isn't for them. They say they couldn't do that.
I've had some rough and tough days...wanting to throw in the towel...but I get over it...
Honestly, teaching is my love. I almost opened a school in Nigeria but then realised if I did I wouldn't get to do what I loved which was actually teach. I'd be stuck doing admin stuff. The kids are so grateful when the finally GET it.

I always chose the "troubled" schools to teach at and never regretted it. I way preferred then to the kids at the "white" schools. Those kids were willing to work hard for everything and for a lot of them, the were the first in their families that would make it to college. School was important to them.

Why is 11th and 12th grade the mostly coveted? I would think it would be just as challenging as kindegartners.
Because one, they're more mature and supposedly more responsible. Also, fewer helicopter parents grin

Certified 6th-12th...but have dabbled in each grade from K-12th.
This past year was my first at a parochial school where I had multi-gtades 3-7 in one classroom..whew is all I can say...lol.
Practically every public high school teacher wants the highly coveted 11th and 12th graders for sure. So much less hassle...lol.
I had the least coveted grade in all schooling for some years: 7th grade!! What a challenge it was.
Had one period like that each year because I was really good bringing up kids that were behind. 20 kids between 6th-11th in one class. That's the crazy times lol. I intentionally didn't get certified k-6 because I CANNOT deal with those grades grin

Can you prove that Donald is a racist? Racists come in all political forms. As an example the Democrats are the party of slavery, KKK, Jim Crow, segregation. The Republicans fought a war to end slavery, then passed 13th 14th 15th Amendment and always pushed civil rights legislation.
Any idiot knows that the ideals of both parties flipped to the opposite of what you just typed. These are not the same parties back then so go try that with more of your older, white, less educated, lower income, anti-free trade, male demographic SMH.

Now please stop derailing this thread with your offensive, garbage political opinions that no one asked for in the first place. Like someone said, there is another thread for that. If you have nothing to contribute on the actual topic of this thread, you don't have to post.

The trump immigration reform is affecting both legal and illegal. I live here in the south and I have seen people get deported because of expired license. This is something that hardly happen during Obama’s or bush.

While FOB, I bought my first car with just ID and SSN given to me then in school and I can’t count countless times I was stopped by the cops.. they never took me in or asked for my immigration papers or detained me for ice to pick me up..

Now if you get stopped and the officers sense your accent or name. He’ll most likely asked you bout your legal status (fact). Also, you Can’t get a car loan anymore if you don’t have PR or citizenship.

A Nigerian dude with PR is currently in removal proceeding for spitting on his wife. The judge denied him bond despite the fact that he has a child. Again, the republicans are doing all these to tackle Democrats advantage on immigrant.

Regarding Colin, that’s the only way to have his voice heard and if you think there no racism.. pls move to the south!!!

Btw...It was US Army veteran, Nate Boyer, who suggested to Kaepernick to take a knee as a sign of respect.

Republicans don't kick immigrants out of the country. ICE can so do judges. People entering illegally are not immigrants. Immigrants fill out applications. I have seen black people on social media burning their nikes also. Kap is a mixed race guy, adopted and raised by white parents.
How is burning a shoe racist? Protesting the national anthem is stupid. Has nothing to do with police departments which are localized.

And like the typical Trump demographic you're too thick to understand no one is protesting the anthem. Some of us would just like not to get shot during the course of everyday activities. Why am I even responding to you?
