Maybe a crezier thought is that Oando is releasing all these belated results just to meet the delisting requirements.

Myc please how do you see TRANSPOWER in the short to medium term? Shareholding structure not similar to GEREGU. There is the upcoming sale of IPPIS powerplants, and possible settlement of debt to gencos by FGN.

I am cautious. Its just that GTB's valuation is something I never thought I would see in my lifetime.

Well one market authority said that GTB wants to always be different. They will surely be acting differently if they allow their SP to rise significantly before the RI, as the other banks so far seem to be keeping their SP low, perhaps to allow the major shareholders and big investors to mop up the RI.

These PE's are scarily high. Any slippage in anticipated growth due to the so called 5th industrial revolution and there will be major price correction.

All the cabals in the oil upstream, downstream, regulation, IOCs and politicians are working hard to make sure that despite the presence of the Dangote refinery nothing changes in the money they have been making, and by extension no respite comes to ordinary Nigerians. It should now be clear to all that the national refineries at PH, Warri and Kaduna will never work, and anybody calling for their rehabilitation is either nieve or a beneficiary of the massive refinery rehabilitation fraud. May God help us.

You are right. It's unusual to give out all these personal details. In another forum I am on you are not allowed to do this unless you post your portfolio and trades you claim to have made gains or loses.

In another news, who are those that queued up to buy OANDO today?
*My observation yesterday was that, the heavyweights aren't selling. Maybe they know what we don't know, who knows.

Please what actually happened at the court this time? Oando used to send a report to the NGX upon each adjournment. But they didn't this time. I couldn't find any reports of the adjournment online. I saw two different dates for the next hearing on different fora. What is the reason for the adjournment and to what date please.

Some people don complete round trip before court case, looking forward to another..

And there will be many. You can trust the Nigerian legal system to continue this cycle of adjurnments for the next two years.

I don't like the buying of every bank out thr in Africa by access bank .Some of this African countries economy has nothing to offer .

Then I don't like anything from South Africa.,lol.I see mtn as just vehicle used in sending money to South Africa. They only listed because of pressure and government fines.They have no reason to be declaring the kind loss I see.The company is ridden in corruption

In addition to the bolded me I find the idea of a shell company incorporated in a tax heven being a major shareholder rather opaque. Is that company, though owned by Nigerians, regarded as a foreign investor and allowed to expatriate it's dividends?

If this was his plan he would have targeted a less iconic bank. I believe he sees what I see. These banks are trading at price levels that will not be seen again in our generation. How everyone is not seeing this is beyond me.

One good thing with this though is if they have now resolved all the boardroom disputes and there is now one lead shareholder. All the court cases should be withdrawn and the bank allowed to move forward.

I think the market will react positively if the court decides to allow the protesting group of shareholders to join the case.

As for the bid, 30M bid in tranches of 10M each was cancelled. Definitely a player with deep pockets. No idea if it's all games or they decided to try again another day.

It seems the bid/offer table on Morgan is no longer updating. Can't tell what's happening.
