Asking me whether I want them to kill the child is an attempt to divert my question for you? Why should you get a girl pregnant when she has not become your wife? In fact, why should you indulge in premarital sex? Even outside religion, premarital sex is an immoral act.
I don hear you Mr Pastor. But I want to ask you a quuestion; Lets assume your daughter or sister gets pregnant for a woman beater, thug or womanizer, will you advice your sister or daughter to marry him when you know your sister will not be happy in her marriage?

Why should they go to the extent of child bearing when they don't share the love that can unite them in marriage?
so do you want them kill the child. Unfortunately, people have sex in our today society without having love for eachother. You can't force people who are not in love to get married because that will be an unhappy marriage.

because its better to be a baby mama than being in a loveless marriage. Nobody should be force to get married because of their kids if they don't love each other

I love this man Bruce. He is the future President of Nigeria. I will vote him any day any time.
Bruce is just a noise maker. What has he done in the senate and how many bills has he propose since he became a senator? He is going to be worse than GEJ if he rules Nigeria

Calm down I think u r d one seeking attention here. When a govt says it can no longer pay 18k minimum wage, what does it implyhuh
They never said anything about reducing the minimum wage. They only said they are broke to pay the minimum wage so It means they need more money from the FG to pay workers. Besides only the FG, after getting approval from the senate, has the power to adjust the minimum wage in Nigeria.

PoliticsRe: Kogi Elections: Fresh Election is Unconstitutional,Substitution is the Answer! by Raiders: 8:50am On Nov 24, 2015
GoodGovernance:
I am very dissapointed why lawyers, including SANs are advocating for fresh election as a result of the death of Audu Abubakar. Does the electoral act or the constitution considers death as on ce of the criterion for a fresh election?

THE ANSWER IS CAPITAL NO!

So what should be the solution? very simple!

The constitution and electoral act supports the substitution of a candidate to contest an election.Applying Ameachi's case, what INEC should do is to simply allow APC to substitute the living with the dead, among those that hitherto contested the APC primaries,to conclude the elections.Legally speaking the votes were for APC and NOT Audu Abubakar(refer to Ameachi's case),more so when the later is dead. APC is still alive!

Unfortunately Faleke is not qualified to step into the shoes of Audu Abubakar by virtue of the provisions of the electoral act as amended, because he never took part in any primary election!

Conclusion

A fresh election would be unconstitutional.Death is not a ground for cancellation of an election that has already held!.APC should substitute Audu Abubakar with another candidate that contested the earlier primary,to carry on with the APC mandate at the supplementary election.

WE DO NOT HAVE TO BE AMENDING CONSTITUTION FOR EVERY UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCE.
The implication of their argument is that if a candidate from a small party like ACCORD dies during election and his Party is losing election then the election should be cancel and conduct a fresh election because a governship candidate dies. Don't mind those illiterate SAN and Professors. Besides INEC don't have the power to cancel an election only the courts can cancel election results

Where were you when the governors held their meeting and agreed that they cant afford to pay the minimum wage anymore?
They didn't say they were going to reduce the minimum wage. The governors said they want more money from the FG so they can pay their workers.

Syphax:
I noticed that most Yorubas and Hausas on Nairaland antagonize the Igbos here, this has led to the frequent exchange of words between the 3 tribes. The most prominent group of Igbos here are the Pro-Biafrans, they are always at loggerhead with the Yorubas who detest the name "Biafra" same way Man u fans hate Chelsea fans.
Most Yorubas here hate Igbos with passion, they say that Igbos are the problem with this country yet they are against the Biafran agitation.
Dear yorubas, why do you always blame the Igbo man for all the wahala you are passing through? They call us parasites yet they don't want us to form our own country. They say that we tarnish the image of Nigeria in tge international community yet they don't want to go our way so we can tarnish the image of Biafra anyhow we want. If you know that you can't keep up with the hardworking nature of we Igbos then allow us to go our own way. Don't shout one Nigeria and criticize the Igbos at the same time.
Weather you are Igbo, yoruba or hausa, We are all brothers and sisters. One Nigeria

Has Audu been validly elected before his demise? If no then this section is not likely to be applicable in this instance.
it doesn't matter if Audu was duly elected. He and his deputy candidate contested and will likely be declare winner. The deputy governor candidate of APC is available to replace him..PDP should go to court but INEC should go ahead and conclude the election and if APC wins the deputy governor should be swear in as governor

From the first paragraph of the post thread you responded with the above post stated that election has been declared inconclusive. I do not think that democracy practiced by human beings allows for such declaration after the election has been marked inconclusive.
PDP does not have any mathematically chance to win the rerun election in the affected wards unless the voter turn out 100% and they all vote for PDP 100%
PoliticsRe: Audu's Death- Three Options For Inec by Raiders: 10:08pm On Nov 22, 2015
The deputy governor candidate of APC should swear in as governor because he contested the election. Wada can't be declare winner when he lost the election

INEC should declare APC the winner while the deputy governor candidate should be swear in as the governor. PDP should go to court if they don't agree with INEC but I think they will lose in court because the deputy governor was duly elected

Now who has been elected governor? Audu died without being elected governor as far as the declaration is concerned. So how is this going to play out? Is it right for INEC to go ahead and conduct a re run of an election involving a death man? Does the constitution allow casting your vote for a death canditate as it would be the case if they go ahead with the re run? These are interesting times?
you are voting for the party and not the candidate. This was how Ameachi was declare winner during his first tenure without contesting the election as the candidate
