lol. you obviously don't know what statement of result is. its not compulsory to have your passports in a statement of result. When I applied for my statement of result from secondary 2 years after my waec. I used a passport that was 2 years after I wrote my waec on my statement of result. Only the waec certificate uses the original passport you used while filling the waec form and it was only recently they started using passport on waec certificate because my dads waec certificate has no passport.

what do you want him to explain again? Buhari had a press conference today and release his Waec statement of result yet there are still doubting Thomas claiming the result fake . If anyone feel the result is fake, he should go to court and get Buhari disqualified. Election is next month and its time for both political parties to start discussing real issues that will affect Nigerians.

Prior to the formation of a central govt by Gowon, all regions had separate curriculums. Only the western region offered a local language in both their curriculum and WASC!

It was after a central govt was formed and a universal educational curriculum was developed and adopted which included other local languages in 1974!

So which WASC did Buhari write in 1961 that included Hausa?

don't be ignorant. you need to read and comprehend the thread before commenting. WAEC said that only Buhari can apply for his result to be verify and the verification would be send to Buhari secondary school not to Buhari. which means it would be Buhari secondary school that will issue the WAEC recommendation. so even if apply to Waec, its the same secondary that would issue the results not buhari or waec. I hope you now understand.

Even if Buhari published his original results, people like you would still not be convinced. Its just like when obama published his birth certificate some people still claimed it was fake and obama was born in Africa. Thats a statement of result not a original certificate. I don't think any secondary principal would risk his job to published a fake result for Buhari when we know the minister of education is a pdp member

I am getting confused here, somebody please explain these parts circled in red: first, I find it hard to believe that in the 60s, there are documents whose date can start with 20...... considering this was a certificate issued in 1960 something, it raises question of authenticity if the claim here is that this copy is an exact photocopy of the original certificate.

The most disturbing one is the SSCE/WASSCE/NECO Examination on the statement of result. I want to understand this clearly, does it mean the NECO exam was in existence in 1961 or so, I don't get how NECO came into a statement of result that is alleged to have been issued in 1961. This is very confusing to me....can any of his supporters please throw light on this.

I see no reason why any reasonable Nigeria youth would support PDP after 15 yrs of ruling or GEJ after 6 yrs of ruling without any major development. So many people have died since GEJ became president but yet some m0rons would keep saying GEJ/PDP till 2019. are Nigerian youths addicted suffering? do they really like the current state of the nation with over 10,000 Nigerians killed since this president came into power. Why are some Nigeria youths afraid of change when millions of youth are unemployed and tens of million of youth are underemployed. I am not a fan of APC but I would rather hope they win this time around because PDP has nothing new to offer. Maybe if PDP loss the next presidential elections, It would make them not take Nigerians for granted again.

INEC has already release the final list and Buhari name is going to be on the ballot unless a court say otherwise. PDP should go to court if they are really serious. I have already decided who I will support for the elections and I am not voting for pdp

The onus is on Buhari ONLY. He was the one who made the claims, not WAEC.

In any case, Buhari is the one the electoral law required to paste EVUDENCE of his Sec Schools Certificate on the INEC for, not WAEC.

But INEC has cleared him to contest and has approved his results so why is it still an issue. its now left for PDP to go to court and seek disqualification of buhari. The Onus is now on pdp not Buhari or INEC. If it is proven that buhari lied in his sworn affidavits then he should be disqualified and prosecuted because its prejury.

Who do you know that has been issue their WAEC twice? WAEC DOES NOT ISSUE CERTIFICATE TWICE!!!! If you lost your waec certificate you cant get another one. you can go and ask your secondary school principal if you feel I am lying. Buhari has done his responsiblity by providing a sworn affidavits about his WAEC results. it is now left for INEC to go verify his WAEC sworn affidavits at WAEC office.

An affidavit sworn about a document is not a proof for that (missing get documents) cos an affidavit is you attesting b4 d court that you have the said document. But if proof for that is needed then you would have to get a True Certified Copy of that document from the original issuing authority who certified you in the 1zt place.

That was what the Vice President did. He got ABU to certify that he attended that University after his documents got destroyed in a fire. And that is exactly what we expect Buhari to have done, not just swearing an affidavit that is even now proving to be false.

There is no need for name calling. Like you stated, Buhari has sworn affidavit that he attended NDA and also wrote WAEC . It is the job of WAEC not the Nigeria army to determine if Buhari sworn affidavit on his WAEC is true. It has not been proven by WAEC that Buhari did not write WAEC so how did you come up with the conclusion that Buhari lied in his affidavits. I also know that WAEC don't issue certificate twice so INEC should go to WAEC to verify his SSCE results.

The purpose of a certificate is to show that you have been educated up to (the knowledge of) SS3.

As ridiculous as that sounds, the absence of a certificate opens the door for all sorts of assumptions, including the most ridiculous ones.

The principal could have seen that this man has no academic abilities, and on that basis, also upon notice of his stature and strength, sports and other school activities, be willing to recommend him to the army.

This is why a certificate is needed. if Buhari does not have one, let him come clean.

Buhari don't need to show anyone his WAEC certificate because he already have an sworn affidavits. Even the VP didn't produce his certificate to INEC because it got burn during a fire in his house. I don't think there is any need for argument on this issue. The simple thing INEC should do is to simply go and verify the certificates of aspirants like Buhari and the vice presidents who used sworn affidavits because of the lost of their original certificate. its very easy for INEC to get anybody record from WAEC because WAEC keeps record well. If its proven that Buhari or anybody lied in their sworn affidavits then they should be disqualified

As at d time the letter was written BUHARI had not finished school according to the principal hence the need for d letter.

Later on, when Buhari was asked to fill a form he started he only had 4creits and a Pass, hence he didn't even pass with required 50credits when he eventually finished.

well, he claimed he has has waec with 4 credit and a pass. why don't INEC do the right thing by verifying the certificates of all the presidential aspirants. This whole waec certificate saga shouldnt even be an issue because its easy to get anybody waec records by simplying applying to waec for it.

I just read a Channels TV article where the content of this letter of recommendation was shown to the press. Two things were made clear therein:

1. Buhari NEVER passed SSCE at any thing as he claimed to have only had 4 credits and a Pass in his Schedule Cert (less than the 5 required credits)_ and we suspect all the others were Fs with no single A.

2. At the time of writing this letter of recommendation, the principal clearly stated that Buhari HAD NOT FINISHED SECONDARY SCHOOL cos he said he believed he would pass.

Buhari was NEVER qualify to enter the military nor is he qualifued to run for President. He COULDN'T even pass common School Cert. Quota system, nepotism, favoritism made him who is he today.

why are you contradicting yourself? your first sentenced stated that Buhari never passed his WAEC while your second statement stated that Buhari didn't finish secondary school. how can Buhari write his WAEC and yet not finish secondary school? The election act did not state that one must have 5 credits to be eligible for the presidential elections. As long as he wrote waec he is eligible.

I guess you know that whites in the states account for more than 60% of US population and blacks are about 11%. Obama also won in some "white" states with population of less than 1% blacks. Yes, I agree that most blacks voted for obama but the real reason Obama won the first time is because he was in the right party at the right time and US were in dire need of change. That was the reason Obama slogan was change. if Obama was the republicans party candidate after Bush republican disastrous presidency that almost ruin the US economy, Obama would not have won the general elections. I am ready to occupy naija for subsidy to be remove but first the federal government should repair and build more refineries then they should remove the so called subsidy and let demand and supply determine the price of fuel. its a shame that we are the only OPEC member that import fuel because we don't have operating refineries
