You can tell she is an okrika interior designer without any class. Interior design is not just about saturating your interior with furniture and exposing a pillow emblazoned with a Louis Vuitton logo but carefully creating a theme with furniture, colors, lighting, and purpose.

Here, she clearly uses the same furniture and lighting night clubs use in Nigeria. The house has no character, and is just replete with furniture, which frankly anyone with money and a little creativity can do. There is no traditional or contemporary theme, and there is no need for all the neon lights, as the house is not an ashawo joint.

She should take the pictures without the lights so that it will expose what the house is actually like. From those pictures, she is hiding behind the neon lights, and she just made the house look like an ashy joint rather than a private home. She is most likely a benighted villager who happened upon a wealthy comedian who is bankrolling her interior design business. Alternatively, she is the product of a failed Nigerian educational system. She probably has no training in interior design; and it shows from the way she designed her own home. Judging from the pictures, this is a quintessential case of money miss road.

Some celebrities abroad design their house to look like cinema while others design their home to look like a forthress. Everybody has their own choice on how they want their home to look like. it is not the duty of only the woman to provide for the home. Both couple should be able to provide for the home. We are in 2014 and the world is changing more women are working and earn good salary like men. So a woman should also help provide for the home. And a man should also learn how to take good care of his wife and assist her with house chores if possible.

according to the op, she said her friend husband ask to submit her salary at the end of the month which probably means she is not helping with the bills. No man would ask his wife to submit her salary if she is contributing to the house bills

The husband must have a good reason to ask his wife to submit her salary to him. I don't think its right for the wife to give 100% of her salary but its okay to give at least 50% depending on the couple financial situation.

i just spoke with a friend of mine who has been having marital challenges and she says the hubby has given her a condition for their make up - submit your salary to me at the end of every month.

There is nothing moral about the bible and quran. Those 2 religious books are filled with violence, killing of people and slavery. You don't need a book to instill discipline and moral on your kids. There are also good philosophical books on moral that teaches about morals and ethics. You don't have to be a religious person to have a high standard of morals. Look at people like Fela, Tia Solarin and Soyinka they are men with better morals than most of our so called pastors and imams

PH and Abuja is far better than Lagos. Lagos is one of the most disorganized cities in the world. Lagos is not a world class city. You cant compare lagos to any major African cities like Cairo, cape town, Nairobi, etc. A city like lagos should have a mass transit system like a subway system. Also Lagos housing is not planned and organized. Most streets were design effectively for emergency exit .This was the reason thousands died during the lagos cantoment bomb accident in 2001. There is no effective drainage system in lagos and flooding is an annual problem in lagos. Fashola has tried his best but Lagos still have a long way to go before becoming a world class city.

Africa still have a long way to go. I hope burkina faso get their act together soon.

Tambuwal does not control 3/5 majority in the house, let alone 2/3. Tambuwal does not have the numbers to impeach Ihedioha just as Ihedioha does not have the numbers to impeach Tambuwal.

Tambuwal and his gang are simply scared and threatning Ihedioha because they think attack is the best form of defence.

If Tambuwal does not do the right thing and resign he will be sacked by the courts.

If Tambuwal wants to hold the whole of Nigeria to ransom let him go ahead and shut down Government and the legislative process.

How the PDP can fight back is liaise with the courts to setlle this quickly but Presidency can veto every bill coming from the House until this issue gets resolved.

What you failed to realized is that Tambuwal has support from some Northern PDP house members and almost all the APC members. As long as Tambuwal has the support of the Northern PDP caucus he is save. Like you know, PDP has always been a divided party and I don't see all the PDP members in the house voting against Tambuwal. PDP has never been in control of the House of Rep. most are just PDP members on paper and dont always follow the party instructions. An example was during the election for speaker in 2011, most voted against PDP choice and that is why Tambuwal became speaker. PDP only hope to remove the speaker is through the courts but the speaker tenure is almost over and and it will take months before the court decide on the case so it is a win win situation for the speaker.

I feel sorry for Emeka Ihediaho because he has so much to lose. I heard he is planning to contest for PDP Gubernatorial Election and he is one of the leading candidate the party ticket. I bet PDP will tell him to remove Tambuwal or forget the PDP ticket and he will not also like to been seen by members of the house rep as the presidency hatchet-man. This is the reason he denied that he visited the speaker home yesterday . Tambuwal don't really have much to lose even if he is removed as speaker because he has already been promise the APC governorship ticket and I think he is going to win the general elections because he is going to get sympathy votes from the people of Sokoto who don't like GEJ plus he also have the support the Governor of Sokoto . So even If he is removed as Speaker today it will likely not affect his political career because his tenure as Speaker almost over.
