All these epistles are not difficult for a God fearing man to give to a SUBMISSIVE AND RESPECTIVE WIFE.

Where are all those vessels / ships (named MT this MT that) that used to bring Petrol to Nigeria every week now?
A reliable source said only about 30% of the usual
petrol ships now come to Nigeria.

Honestly, Asiwaju needs another set of people that have good understanding of Micro Economics and International Relation.

Money that is meant for Shipping Development in Nigeria is what they want to put under FIRS, so that they can have money to share for state governors and embezzle.

I think they should go to a country like Philippine and see how 3% is been used to create Shipping jobs (Seafarers) for their youths (citizens).

Asiwaju should appoint right candidates for NIMASA & NPA, set up a road map of shipping development in Nigeria and ensure these DGs follow them to letter.

With the 3% you can:-
1. Train 100,000 Nigerian youths as Seafarers and use them to generate 5 Times the 3% yearly.
2. Establish or restore Nigerian Shipping Line with 51% Public Share
3. Train the Agency's staff and move Nigeria Up the ladder of IMO Class
4. Build two other Marine Schools in Lagos and Enugu States and send their graduates (Cadets) abroad for a year training from the 3%
5. Merge NIWA to NIMASA for proper funding, thereby
1. Building international standard Jetty platforms across Nigeria Jetties / terminals, this will encourage water transportation and reduces traffic on Nigeria roads, especially Lagos.
2. Building of International Standard boats through PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP with 51% Public Share in about 20 states ( this will generate employment).
3. Clear the water hyacinth/ wrecks and turn them to useful materials through Public PRIVATE of 51%
Public Share.

Sharing of the 3% to states is dumb.
