Man, it's ur choice . . but installing Feisty Fawn is okay, the only problem is that u might find it frustrating at the first stage until u get to download alot of stuff of the repos. an Ubuntunigeria admin came up with an app. cd that has virtually evry thing you will ever need on ubuntu. IF u think u're okay with 7.04, GO ahead man . .
