Man, I have a CD that lets u access ur registry on any OS wn ur PC is just booting up, It's a boot CD, an awesome boot cd I must say, U get to do anything with the registry at start up.

You need to download the CD offline and then burn to a blank CD, I have it uploaded, you can download it from the following links, its called hiren's boot cd, u can also google "Hiren boot cd 9.0" for torrent links;
