In the case of my younger brother, the doctor assured us of his death because all hope was lost, but thank God for Jesus' name. It is personal to the situation and purpose you sought the Word in the first place.

One line of Gods word is capable of handling 100 different situations as its dynamic enough to reveal itself through that word for the sake of the one who needs it.

This is not saying that the word can be translated as it pleases anyone so they can selfishly ascribe it to a situation...no! All must match the will and purpose of God otherwise the word is useless to the user.

Rhema resounds from the place of the Holy Spirit as He takes from God and reveals to us and teaches us all we seek to know so without the Holy spirit there can be absolutely no Rhema of the Word of God.

Rhema means "Action of utterance". its a greek word and this translates to the in-depth revelations acting in the spoken Word. Its not vague. It is what separates other words from the Word of God and becomes so when it speaks personally and has a personal meaning to an individual in line with the perfect will of God in that word.and for that moment. Once you grasp this you can then apply the word with understanding when faced with such a situation again in future.

Hebrews 4: 12 declares

For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
