I have read from Canada visa that you can also attach a notarized personal reference from a colleague or supervisor to make a stronger case ( though for my company, such staff can lose their jobs for providing the reference... Evil HR). Anything to prove your work experience goes cos the burden rests with the applicant

This is the second NOC I'm considering myself, it seems you do office/project administration and your tasks look well lined up. Are you also responsible for budget control? Do you supervise any staff? Contract or not...if so, please add those tasks too and I think you're good to go.

@Newmum0615 has more experience at this though so I would wait for her to weigh in as well

1215 will apply if you can demonstrate that you Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers... Let your overall job experience align with the lead statement not just the duties.
Try paraphrasing the wordings of the JD to show that and to also align better with the main duties if you can.

Since I'm having issues with my NOC, i'm taking a keen interest as well.

My take is that your duties seem fine but the NOC you chose seems to be specifically for managers or supervisors in this line of work, do you supervise anyone in the SCM process? if so, please ensure your duties clearly state this even if it's the dispatch riders you manage.

I have drawn up JDs for that NOC for several people and yours doesn't quite fit. I really wish you had the liberty to tweak it an bit.

Now I'm panicking about my NOC cos my HR has stuck to their guns and will only print out the stale information on the employee portal, regardless of my change in job role over 2 years old.

1. When creating the EE profile, would you recommend stating spouse work experience, even though no points will be claimed. I understand that this can be moved to personal history later but i would prefer not to change information up and down . OR would you recommend leaving it out in the profile creation and just mention it in personal history Post ITA.

2. Is it necessary to include bank statement of a gift deed donor. I have the local transfer form, gift deed and affidavit and of course my own bank statement showing transfer. Just wondering if i should request for it.
