By the way, this man is not the only billionaire in nails, we have a whole lot of them in the south west here, but u won't see them invest in meaningful projects that will turn the region around. We totally depend on North for our survival in terms of food. |
What the vagabonds are doing is taking advantage of the king's old age to perpetuate evil. I wouldn't expect well learned children, who probably schooled abroad to have such reprobate mind. Most kings have many wives, some of his children may be bastards, I wish he could run a DNA test on them, because no child would come out of his loins and be treating him (the king) this way, giving his father heartache at old age. |
Atiku the dreamer. May be in your next world sha. |
SarkinYarki:Desperate measures at desperate times. He is the king ruling over the town, the governor rules over the state. He can not sit down and watch things go sour under his nose. I believe the king understands the law, though many times we claim we know the law when in actual fact, we scratch the law in the surface. In depth, the law might be giving more clarity in certain situations. |
Ogun state has always been the headquarter of ritual killings in Nigeria, why can't the governor summon all the traditionalists in that state and give them ultimatum to fish out the evil ones among them? If that's not possible, they should have an effective association that will have rules of engagement and practices to ward off barbaric practices, by this, government can give a proper follow-up on their activities and mode of operations. Things are getting out of hand in that state, lots of human abattoirs hidden everywhere within the four corners of that state. |
That's one thing I love education for, no time is too late to come in and have your taste of the pie. |
Slovakia? This innovation coming from a tiny European country that's not up to South west? Hmmm! Afi igba ti mo pada shi ilu ya. |
This CV is something else, how can a single man achieve all these in a life time? This is absolutely impressive. I think this man can try a little if given the opportunity, I would have beaten my chest for him 100% to make a good president, but there is a monster on ground already, which is the constitution. |
BennyDGreat:Exactly wetin I wan talk. The brain na bank account wey dem wipe? |
God just decided to use this devil incarnate to punish Nigerians, what exactly is our sin? cement is sufficient at almost 5k per bag, every1 of u playing Nigeria like Mario will not rest in peace. |
CSTRR:And how has the government appreciated the value of his skills here? See my brother, there's no basis for argument here, except u've become big already in Nigeria through influence and the rest, if opportunity opens up for you to travel to where your life will be far better, you won't hesitate to jump on it |
CSTRR:But the same government is happy receiving several billions of dollars every year from Nigerians living abroad. Apart from oil, money sent home from abroad is another huge chunk the government relies on. |
Buhari and his APC won't talk now o, all they've been shouting all these while is that price of crude has been down, that's why they can't fund many projects. But at the same time, PDP na disaster to human race, before 2014, that thing used to be around 110 plus, and they never did anything meaningful with d money. Which party go come save us self? |
Patrictemmy:It is Lviv Polytechinc National University, I think it awards Barchelor degrees, not Hnd or Nd whatever, I know of a Benue guy that graduated from the school sometimes ago. The fact that an institution bears polytechnic does not mean it's Hnd awarding institution, particularly in Europe. Ukraine doesn't award ND & HND. The guy probably died of cold or covax, autopsy will be a better indicator, may his gentle soul rest in peace. |
It's a good development, but many things are still not clear to me on how transparent this governors are in awarding projects, contracts and procurement, many things are left in the dark. I know one day, Nigeria will get transparent leaders who will be accountable in every spending. no info on how much each goes for, where it was purchased from, shipping and clearing cost and so on. Abi the constitution doesn't support such accountability statement ni? |
I signed the petition late last year, I implore nairalanders to also sign the petition. How can we have all our education from elementary to University level in English, and you are still asking us to pay for IELTS and write the exams. The worst is that if you write it and pass, within two years, it's expired, and it is expensive, almost 100k. These whites are just milking us like dairy cow. |
olusledge:dat kind bullet, na im dey kill mama for farm and still go kill pikin for house at d same time. |
Nigeria is just in a confused state. We see things from different angle, you can't force everybody to dance to your direction. |
As a young lady with promising future, you should learn better and shine your eyes, this is 21st century, and this is modern day naija, what is currently in vogue now is what's playing out between both of you, married man with an avenue to cheat on his wife. You think his cooked-up story is genuine? common! even a dumb knows there's no iota of truth in that narrative. Going by how you described him, he's a maradona, and has been in the game for so long, he knows how to get whatever he wants. He just wanted you to be his intimacy gadget, he has no good plan for you. The best thing you can do for him is to encourage him to go back to his wife, it's for better for worse, after all he weighed his options very well before taking the wife to the altar. Don't fall for the gimmicks. |
payosehtor:Dont forget that the ref has issued yellow card before the guys behind VAR called him for red card check, there's nothing he could do, because the powers that be have made their stand that it should be a red card. Iwobi was just unlucky, it was not an intentional tackle, his eyes was concentrated on the ball and not the opponent's leg. |
It is not a question of the age bracket, it is the question of mindset and determination to turn bad governance to good governance. A 30 year old man can be a successful president with right mindset. I think the problem with Nigeria is the foundation upon which we elect our leaders, a faulty foundation. We elect leaders based on religion, tribe and influence. Also the system of governance we operate will not give room for any elected leader to succeed. Devolution of power to the states and local governments is the way to go. |
WibusJaga:Abi o, lots of hypocrites everywhere, I hate all these holier-than-thou attitudes we Nigerians display everywhere we go. The funniest thing about most of these Deeper lifers is that they are like the Pharisees in the Bible, who only wash the back of a cup and the inside stinks. Most of them hate their neighbours like anything, because they believe they are not holy like them. If you live in the same compound with most of them, you will hate Christianity. |
Sound coach, getting them well accustomed to night encounter, no excuse for failure, this man is determined. |
uncleck:I tell u, if pinnick be person wey dey read only headlines now, if he sees this news, Eguavoen is in trouble be that, na to ensure say he fail, not minding what that will cost the entire nation. |
babacos:Na dem politics dey make dem slot in that Sadiq guy, stupid people with their useless politics. |
Imagine a pastor telling you that going abroad to settle down will not be God's plan for u, his plan for u is to be here and become big, then you'll be going abroad for vacations and returning. But at age 45, u can still not boast of 200k in your acct, tell me, which kind message be that? |

akosy:Her own don cast be that |
Another set of crushed cars in the US, Nigerian market loading!!!!! |
Pure political game if I may say. |
ManspaceBarber:I pretty much know that. Most of the knowledge I acquired in recent years are outside of the four walls of a classroom. Just that in this part of the world, we typically hold strong faith in education within the walls of a classroom. Anything acquired outside of paper certificates is not taken serious, you can imagine the heavy discrimination against Bsc holders from national open university. I pray it won't be long before we realise we're still living in the last century. |
ManspaceBarber:With money in your pocket, education is possible, to finance your education will be easy and you'll be studying without fear and anxiety. Money still has a strong role to play when it comes to attaining higher goals in education. |
