That's the beauty of Agriculture, I mean the practical year. Just because of my one year practical experience, a dairy farm in Australia almost absorb me in 2015, when I narrated my experience during my IT year. If not for the Australian government that did not approve the company's application made on my behalf, I would have been in Australia since then, they told the farm to look inward for locals that can take up the job. If you were born or grew up in a particular place, there's tendency for you to share some of its traits, either good or bad. Another thing, just say your point and leave, no need to rain abuses just because you want to prove points and defend, that will be too childish. Counter my point in a convincing manner with facts, and that settles everything. I am a son of the soil, and grew up with the locals in Akure. Every town has its own bad or not too good sides, so don't make a big mole out of nothing. I have no reason to insult people in a bid to correct what I perceive as wrong impression, doing that will create more bad impressions.

If this narrative is anything close to the truth, I'm not surprised, because Akure women have this generational curse on them, no matter how colourful their marriage might be, they are ending up in their father's house. Anybody close to Akure side will attest to this fact.

To me, there's no need for this type of news because I don't see it contributing to how the culprits will be brought to book or justice taking it's course. How does what the school's chairman said at the school's event translate to how justice will be served? I rather see the news as a weak way to redeem the image of the school and its owner. The management can't tell me they don't have the slightest idea that cultism and bullying are going on right under their nose. Majority of the private schools allowed by government to run boarding school these days are not qualified to do so.

It's not about knowing the owner, it's about how the government is handling this whole issue. It won't make any sense if the culprits escape justice, all of them must be brought to book.
