ololufemi:My point exactly, what;s their spread? For crying out loud, big treat has a wider spread across the geo political zones of the country, they did their PP @ less than 3 naira, didn't get @ that price hence refused to pay a premium. So is it tetrazzini that is by far a weaker franchise that will bleed me?I won't even buy @ 2.50 |
saucekid:Ah ah sauce,na by force As if you wan give them present na na na ![]() |
@ Grouppoint CICO (According to Roughcut simplified learners dictionary of contemporary NSE English) stands for cash in,cash out. It's the practice of buying stocks @ a particular price and selling off @ a price higher than the initial price within a VERY SHORT time frame. ![]() On the other hand,PRESCO is the name of my brother-in-laws company ![]() |

Fof2, Do you know what has become of the proposed PO from AP? |
On the one hand, most Nigerians pay tax BY FORCE ala PAYE,DUTIES etc.I know a lot of people on paid employment would NEVER have paid a dime in tax if they were paid their complete salaries (tax inclusive)and asked to remit the taxes on their own volition This is why the case of company tax, sales tax etc is a different ball game, where individuals and companies shy away from paying taxes, while the ones that agree to pay will in most cases under-assess themselves. Now with the advent of multiple taxation in Lagos, the whole thing has become a burden and too confusing for even the ones that hitherto would perform their civic duty. On the other hand, how encouraging is it for people to pay tax and then helplessly watch their elected(?) govt representatives loot, squander or mismanage such monies without any attendant penalties ![]() |

Check this out What’s this? A player wanting to stay with Arsenal! It’s hard not to feel sorry for Arsene Wenger at the moment. The Frenchman is arguably the best manager in the world, given what he has achieved for Arsenal, yet it appears that several of his key players are unlikely to be at the Emirates Stadium next season. Mathieu Flamini has buggered off to Milan without so much as a whimper, Alexander Hleb has done a great impersonation of a snake in the grass and has a foot out of the exit door, while Emmanuel Adebayor apparently wants double or quits as far as his salary is concerned. However, The Guardian report that every cloud has a silver lining. Just as Jerry Maguire appeared to be walking out of the office on his tod, the character played by Renee Zellweger stood up and joined him. In Renee’s place at Arsenal is young Nicklas Bendtner, who has shunned the likes of Bayern Munich and Werder Bremen to stay with Arsenal. At last some loyalty being shown at Arsenal! Bayern indicated via an intermediary that they were prepared to pay €10m for the striker and the other two Bundesliga clubs also made their interest known. “I have heard about these offers from Germany but Nicklas will stay at Arsenal,” said Thomas Bendtner, his father. “The only way things could be different was if something unexpected should happen, such as him being moved totally outside of the team, but it’s difficult to see that happening as he is playing right now.” Bendtner, 20, has made 39 appearances this season, 16 as a starter, and has scored nine goals. “I’ve always said that Arsenal is my club and that’s where I want to play my football,” he said. “When you look at my season and the way it has developed, I see no reason why I should want to change Arsenal with any other club.” Until next season, when he’s scored 25 goals and the Milans and the Madrids of this world come a-calling! Let’s hope that the likes of Adebayor and Fabregas remain with the club, rather than see us witness the fragmentation of such an excellent footballing side. Money is talking louder than ever at the moment though, and retaining them for one more year might just be stemming the tide. |

Heard the new tariff will take effect in three years time(as the FG will take care of the differential from the status quo till then), however to be talking of new tariff for electricity that is epileptic at best is the hallmark of insensitivity and lack of focus |

A boy and his date were parked on a back road some distance from town, doing what boys and girls do on back roads some distance from town, when the girl stopped the boy. I really should have mentioned this earlier, but I'm actually a hooker and I charge $20 for sex." The boy reluctantly paid her, and they did their thing. After the cigarette, the boy just sat in the driver's seat looking out the window. Why aren't we going anywhere?" asked the girl. Well, I should have mentioned this before, but I'm actually a taxi driver, and the fare back to town is $25." |
